Periodical Maintenance of Badaramsa to Beljhari from 0/00 to 3/730 km. under Jharigam Block for the year 2025-26 (SDBC)

Cleaning the grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of the area etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning the existing Black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft btrushes and finally dusting with old gunny bages and/or compressed air to receive bituminous etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to proper camber, applying and brooming requsite type of screening / binding materials filling up interstices of coarse agreegate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge work etc all complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P etc complete.

WBM Grading-III

Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen laid onprepared surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled steel roller as per Clause 510 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion on prepaired sueface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC..

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressere distributer @0.20kg / sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular suerface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works.

Providing , laying semi dence bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, primixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level on the alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc.complete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of enbankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with lead and lift transporting to site by mechanical means within lead of 5kms, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 and clause 305 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing,Laying and compacting sub base with moorum in layers not exceeding 100 mm wtering and compacting to required density in OMC with PRR including hire and running charges of P.R.R etc. complete.

Finishing Wall with Water Proofing Cement paint Two coat over a coat of cement wash of approved shade on new work including all cost of cement paint etc, Complete.

Providing Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectrorising glass beads @ 250 grams per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass as per MoRT & H specification.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per claouse 1701.3.9 of MORD eor rurals road of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47 mm X47 mmX12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of proporly designed foundation with M-15 Grade cement concrete 450X450 X600 mm,600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing clause 1701.2.2

Providing, fitting, fixing & writting of Km stone, 200mtr stone & cautinary sign board etc all complete as per direction of EIC.
