S & F in repairs 25 mm thick boarding of 2nd class hardwood as in flooring or skirting, Planed one side, with butt joints and fixed with nails supplied and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 14mm to 16mm thick baroda green stone slab toping table rubbed and mirror polished over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer (1:4) and jointed with white cement slurry mixed pigment to match the colour incl rounded / half rounded edge as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like with a hole for gas pipe in cooking platform etc. Including dismentling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Second class hard-wood in scantlings, clean sawn framed and fixed including removing old timber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for second class hardwood, Plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, exc 6 sqcm but n.exc 13 sqcm, clean sawn, secured with mills or brads, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sunken treatment of of bath / toilet / WC etc by cleaning and removing all the loose mortar, laitance, dirt, dust etc by chisel hammer wire brush and fixing APP modified polymer membrane (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) over a coat of bitumen not below 1.2 Kg per Sqm as primer over a coat of bitumen not below than 0.3Kg per Sqm over 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with Dr fixit pidilite liquid water proofing solution 200ml per 50Kg of cement at both hozizontal and vertical surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over 15 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
