Taking down chowkats and shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 sqm each, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats and shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4Sqm each complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement sheet, ridge (corrugated, semicorrugated, plain etc.) in roof covering,wall etc or of similar types complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer to truss members of any material, including taking down existing sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in ridge, valley gutter or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer to truss members of any material, including taking down existing sheet complete all as specified and directed. (The measurement shall be carried out as in a plain sheet).

S&F coloured 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in eves covering or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer over mild steel flats, angles etc. and screws for fixing with framed structure including taking down existing sheet complete all as specified and directed.. (Note:- MS work shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping, of grid size 600 x 600 mm comprising of wall/ cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35 mm and corss tee of size 24x38x0.70 mm with 4 mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4 mm thick decorative pre-painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/ wooden truss of any type including dismantling of existing false ceiling boards, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs in for mild steel sections (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, independent fixing with welding etc. including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S&F plain fillets. square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads using second class wrought HW sec area exc 13 Sqcm but not exc 25 Sqcm including taking down of framed work complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L for rendering/plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra with water proofing compound over chajja, coping including taking down existing surface complete all as specified and directed.. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under supply item only)
