Providing 2 coats of white cement wash for walls etc., with approved brand of Suryacem / Hi-tech gold etc., after cleaning the walls surfaces with sand paper etc., complete all as directed.

Apply One coat (01 coat) of premium quality weather proofing Arcylic Exterior emulsion paint to match with the existing colour / shade to wall surfaces from approved brands like Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever spiecifed by Engineer after through scrapping & cleaning of old surface including necessary scaffolding etc., complete

Providing One (01) coat of synthetic enamel paint for doors, Grils, railings etc., (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper if required) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including applying putty and prime coat complete all as directed

Providing and fixing 5mm thick clear Glass to existing Alluminium louvers and ventilators etc., includng of beading, putty and necessary screws, removal of old damaged glass pieces and dispose to scrap to a lead of 4KM from the site complete all as directed,

Providing and fixing 1st quality anti-skid floor tiles of 10mm thick conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make like SOMANI / KAJARIA / RAK, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., Quoted rate shall be including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed.

Supply, Install & Commissioning of 1000Litres Syntex Loft type storage water tank including all connections and accessories like inlet, out let, wash out, over flow connections, ball float valves complete all as directed. (Rate includes removal of existing damaged water tank, connections, and handed over useful material to Yard Water supply dept.,)

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal dia CPVC pipes for hot water lines approved make Supreme / Prince / Astrial including fittings and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Rate includes removal of old damaged lines and handed over to useful material to Yard Water supply dept.,)

Cleaning of Toilet floor tiles, wall tiles, comods, washbasins, taps etc., with Acid or its equivalent material complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 10 Litres capacity P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete

Repair and refixing of damaged flush tanks by using necessary fittings etc., to make it operational condition complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel grating complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 5mm thick looking mirror of make Saint Gobian or its equivalent to existing wooden frame after removal of damaged mirror complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 15 Litres, 5 star rated, storage water heater (White) of make Crompton or its equivalent complete all as directed.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of 20W LED batten lamps set of Bajaj/Crompton or equivalent make all as directed

Providing and fixing 40mm thick ISI marked flush Door shutter of make KALPATHARU confirming to IS:2202 (Part-I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of damaged shutters and hand over to CE dept., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing hand shower (HEALTH FAUCET) (ABS body) with 8mm dia, 1.0M long flexible tube & wall hook of approved make complete all as directed.

Providinga nd fixing 100mm dia PVC shower rose with 15mm or 20mm inlet including all connections and accessories complete all as directed.

Drilling of 20mm dia, 200 deep holes into the stone masonrywall/RCC structures / slab etc., using mechanically operated, hammer drilled diamond core cutting machine including grouting LOCK FIX of FOSROC make or its equivalent complete all as directed.

Supply and providing HSD bar reinforcement for sunshades etc., of Fe-500 grade of approved make SAIL / RINL / TISCO including transportation, straightning, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) complete all labour and material etc., complete all as directed

Chipping and Providing 12 mm thick plaster with CM (1:6) to sunshades,walls etc.,at all heights including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Supply and apply Nitto bond EP of fosroc make at specified places complete all as directed.

Providing 40mm thick Ferro cement work for Drop walls in cement mortar 1:4 and two layers of chicken mesh including cement and necessary staging complete all as directed.

Construction of Brick work for parapet wall with CM 1:6 including required staging , labour and material complete all as directed.
