Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.. GRADE-I RCD 4.01 401 A (I)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.GRADE-II RCD 4.01 401 A (II)

Providing and laying in position cement concret of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level:-(1:1.5:3(1cement :1.5coarse sand (zone-III):3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) BCD 5.3.1.1

Centring and shuttering including strutting ,proping etc and removal of form for foundation ,footing ,bases of columns ,etc for mass concrete 5.3.17.1 BCD

Filling in foundation trenches or in plinth in layer not exceeding 150mm thick,well watered rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained after cutting with lead of 50m and lift of 1.5mall completed as per direction of E/I(mode of measurement compacted volume).5.1.8 BCD

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lift leveling ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I. BCD 5.1.1+5.1.2

Providing coarse clean sand filling in foundation trenches or in plinth includingramming and watering in layer not exceeding 150 mm thick with all lead and 1.5 M lifts including cost of all materials ,labours , royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I Item No. BCD 5.1.10

Providing and laying in position cement concret of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level:-(1:2:4(1cement :2coarse sand (zone-III):4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 5.3.1.2 BCD

Providing Random Rubble Masonary in Cement Mortar (1:4) in Foundation with approved quality of coarse sand of requisite F.M. (2.5 to 3.0) washed and screened with raking out joints, curing, scaffolding and its removal wherever required including royalty and all taxes etc. complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. WRD part-B 5.4.8 Part-A 4.28

Providing Random Rubble stone Masonary in Cement Mortar (1:4) in superstructure with approved quality of coarse sand of requisite F.M. (2.5 to 3.0) washed and screened with raking out joints, curing, scaffolding and its removal wherever required including royalty and all taxes etc. complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. WRD 5.4.11

Providing 25mm thick C.P (1:4) on inside walls clean course sand of FM(2.5 to3.0)washed and screened including curimg,scaffolding,wherever required and its removal royality etc.complete job as per specification and directiom of E/I .5.7.12 BCD
