Providing and laying Five layer water proofing cum heat insulation treatment (MIX GUARD Flexi-3K System) over existing roof slab, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per the following specification: Arresting roof leakage by providing Five layer treatment wit MIXGUARD Flexi-3K – six layer system of FAB Chemicals or equivalent elastomeric water proofing cumheat reflective coating comprising of the following:Supply and Application of Heavy Duty High Build Acrylic copolymer Elastomeric Heat Reflective Cold Applied Water Proofing System MIXGUARD Flexi-3K(6 layer –DFT 2000 to 2100 microns) for new and old roof / terrace which are compactable with new and old HP tiles, Plastered surface, concrete surface or screed surface. The all necessary Surface Preparation should be carried out before commencing the application such as removal of existing water proofing system up to receive sound concrete / HP tiles substrate /Remove and refill the existing joint filling with MIXFLEX AC and damaged tiles can be replaced or repair with modified (MIXBOND SBR Super and MIXFIBER III-6mm) cement sand screed. The all repairing should be do the necessary curing and drying for a period of 3 to 4 days.

Surface preparation – Cleaning the whole area with wire brush. Chipping all loose/dead mortar thoroughly. Cleaning the entire area with high pressure water jetting to remove all loose particles/grease/oil/dust/dirt/curing compounds etc. Surface cracks must be filled with MIXFLEX AC along with a bonding primer of MIXPRIME SB 300 and wide cracks must with diamond disc cutting machine and repair prior approval from the technical department.

Remove the existing water proofing system with suitable method without damage the existing substrata and dispose the debris as per the instruction of the department engineer

Develop the cracks with diamond disc cutting machine for a minimum width of 4 mm and remove the dust with air blower up to receive a sound substrate and a depth of 15 mm and debris disposal as per the department Engineer

Clean the entire surface without any dust particles by using air blower and apply one coat of surface stabilizing primer MIXPRIME SB 300 @ 0.400 Liter / SQM including the developed cracks and allow to dry for a period of 4 hours

Fill the developed cracks with MIXFLEX AC and allow to dry for a period of 12 hours
