Supply and erected ,Testing and commissioning 15 Mtr Galvanized High Mast suitable for and incl twelve (12 ) No's . LED Flood light 1x200 watt (LED Floodlight carriage shall have arrangement to rotate 360 degree manually), medium intensity LED type single dome aviation obstruction light and outdoor stand mounted feeder piller. Material for pole shaft as per ASTM A572 Grade 50/BSEN 10025 S355 or equivalent and aerodynamic shape and mechanically strong to face wind speed up to 47 m/sec , Material for Base plate -As per IS 2062 and Metal Protection treatment - Hot dip Galvanized as per IS 4759 or robust door opening and locking system with weather proof facilities to increase the life of internal accessories and Double Drum Winch system motorized with manual option including RCC foundation as per OEM recommendation, GI single spike of length 2 Mtrs for Lightening protection all as directed with following as under:-

15 mtrs High Mast Fabricated Part - Top dia 150 mm, bottom Dia-360 mm section-2 section Thickness- 3 mm base ,3 mm top. Base Plate 670 mm Dia x 30 mm Thick, Foundation Bolt dia - M24,Length of bolt - 760 mm ( 6 Nos) with template and anchor plate with following items -High Mast Section sections with base plate, lantern carriage suitable to fix 12 Nos of luminaries (1 x 200 W) symmetrical loading ,foundation accessories.

Winches - Motorized with manual option - Motorized Double Drum Winches shall be self sustaining with out need for break spring or clutch required to adjustment and lubricant system the Gear ratio shall be 50 :1 . The Winch shall be salt lubricating system by means of an oil winch and lubricant recommended.

Steel Wire Rope - Steel wire rope dia 6 mm shall be fabricated 'Marine Grade"-AISI Stainless Steel 316 of 7/19 of construction, 5 wire Rope system .thimbles and terminal combustible material .Steel Wire Rope Shall be factory cut terminated and pre-rigged for case for installation.

Mast Head Assembly - The pulley shall be large diameter appropriate to the multy core flexible cable being used . They shall be of non-corrosive and run of self lubricant bearing with stainless steel spindle. arrangement shall be provided the Electric Cable and steel wire rope are separated before passing over the respect pulleys grooves . The complete chassis shall be hot dip galvanized after fabrication.

Lantern Carriage - The lantern carriage shall be of durable steel tube designed to act as electric conduit . It shall be fitted at junction box mounting strips and two segments joints by bolted flange to permit removal from the erected must. Material of lantern carriage 40 NB ERW class B - M.S. pipe and dia of carriage ring 600 mm (ID).Load carrying capacity 9 luminaries, Symmetrically.

Cable and Cable Connection - 4 Sqmm 5 core CU flexible round/flat EPR insulated & PCP sheathed power cable shall be provided terminating in the base compartment of the Mast fitted with plug or socket and all mast cable shall be connected to a weatherproof junction box on the lantern ring equipt with suitable PVC glands.

M&L for earthing complete with G .l earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 M, including PCC chamber in PCC (1 : 2 : 4), type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate), mild steel frame made out of angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6 mm thick Cl cover with handle , watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe for watering, 15 mm dia medium grade, Gl pipe for earth wire protection with and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt. complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to DBs all as specified and indicated in SSR Part I including testing on completion. Note : - (i) Gl wire upto 7.5m will be measured and paid under this item only extra lead will be measured and paid seperately under relative link.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available , laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account. (ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
