Name of Work: Works of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of
KW, 989 RPM, 6.6 KV HT 3-Phase Induction Motor compatible to existing
base frame of Wilo make HSCF Pump installation with suitable Coupling &
other required accessories including Insurance, Transportation, Loading,
Unloading, Inspection charges etc. complete for NC-6, Khirai Pumping
Station, Tal-Maliya, Dist-Morbi (2nd Attempt).
(1) The bidder shall quote his firm and fixed price for the entire work under
this Contract, defined in more details in various sections of this bid

the Contractor/agency only.
(29) The process requires that the bidder shall quote his price for the work
prices shall remain firm and fix during the entire period of performance

as per Volume-1B Clause no. 59, General condition of contract.
(30) Payment shall be made for the components for which lump sum prices
quoted, as per schedule of payment. Total cost will be worked out on the
basis of work done of individual items and rates quoted against those
particular items only.
(31) Royalties: The contractor shall be liable to pay the royalty of the quarried
materials/ minerals used in the construction of works at the rates
specified in the Narmada Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Dept.

the work from time to time and remaining amount if any shall be

(34) Shutdown (Single Time) - Shutdown of maximum continuous 4 days
will be given for dismantling of old machinery and installation,
replacement & testing of new electro-mechanical equipment /
In case contractor fails to complete the work in scheduled shutdown
period of 4 days given by GWIL then penalty of Rs. 2,00,000/- per day
for delay in each day will be charged till the completion of the work.
In case contractor complete the work before minimum of 24 hrs than
the scheduled shutdown period of 4 days then incentive of Rs.
1,00,000/- will be given to the contractor.
(35) During execution of the work, minimum 50% system (i.e. 3 pump-
sets) shall be in running condition and functional to maintain the
supply of water (except scheduled shutdown as per above Sr. No. 34).

(36) During O&M period, if pumping remains off for continuous 15 days for
any reason than that particular month will be considered as non-
operative. In such case no payment for O&M of e&m works shall be
paid to contractor.
(37) During O&M period, agency must have to run the pumping system
once in a month as per instructions of engineer-in-charge.

1. Having visited the site and examined the Bid Documents, Drawings, Conditions of
execution of the above Contract, we the undersigned offer to design, Engineer,
procure, construct, complete, commission, operate and maintain the whole of
the said works for 10 years from the date of commissioning including defects
liability period as given in Conditions of Contract and in conformity with the
Annexure, Bidding Documents, including Addenda Nos.__________ (insert
numbers) for Lump sum fixed price of

from the date or receipt of Letter of Acceptance issued to us by you.

submission of the bid and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at
any time before the expiry of that period.
