M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300x200 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles including rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 by using 100% course sand on roof/chajja mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement to receive water proofing treatment all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid Integral waterproofing compound all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the newly plastered surface with wire brushes and cleaning top surfaces of cement concrete including flashings and junction of parapets etc and surface painting with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sqm blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.06 cu. m per sqm and lightly tampered (area of flashings etc shall be added to roof area) all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by thermofusion process and applying one coat of aluminium paint all as specified and directed.
