S&F for Kiln Seasoned Teak Wood (Approved by Badminton World Federation And Certified by Labosport Grade 1 – EN 14904 As Per Badminton World Federation Standards) Surface board finished with 21 mm thick, 50 to 85 mm width and in random length in tongue and groove shape incl game line marking for 02 Nos Badminton court, 01 No Basket ball court and 01 No Volley ball court. The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove. The Installation: A vapor barrier will be placed on the leveled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cell cushioning pads will be placed on the vapor barrier in perfect level at 350 mm c/c in one direction. The surface boards will be screwed to the runners through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of the adjoining boards. The ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion gap of 8 to 10mm will be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Necessary preservation to timber shall be carried out all as specified and the rate quoted is inclusive of this preservation.

M&L for Pine wood SPF runner/scantling of 70 mm X 45 mm treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side to support the flooring with 10 mm thick EPDM cushioning pads by nails through the two wings at 350 mm c/c complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non skid Polyurethene Lacquer polishing of wooden floor including cleaning and preparing the surface by machine sander with floor sander machine including a coat of wood filler with two or more coats complete all as specifiedand directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and application of rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosrock Chemicals India Ltd) or Amandur (Manufactured by GK Technocom) over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding cost of brush etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plastering with Nitobond SBR (Styrene butadin polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar/concrete modifier Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd or equivalent) modified cement mortar (1:4) under the slab to an average thickness of 40 mm (applied in two layers not exceeding 20mm each) including the cost of all materials rent of tools and labour charges etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Glass Fiber Tissue (GFT) sports flooring 4.5 mm thick reinforced, anti slippery surface texture, PUR surface protection with high abrasion wear layer, Glass fiber scrim impregnation shock absorbing cushioned layer, high abrasion resistant wear layer "P " rated of any colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and provisioning Renderoc RG non-shrink cementitious micro concrete (max 120 mm thick) (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) to any thickness for beam and column. Fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6mm down coarse aggregate and specified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work including the cost of all materials, rent for tools, scaffolding, and labour charges, water tight formwork etc. all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item Nos 14 to 19: The items shall be executed by manufacturer's agent for which manufacturer and contractor will give separate guarantee for five years.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even for receiving wall tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 300 x 400/450 x 7 mm thick glazed coloured ceramic tiles on dado/skirting and risers to steps, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 for laying granite/chequered tile in stairs/parapet,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any thickness from the roof /parapet including cement mortar bedding, PCC tiles, padding concrete if any, upto the RCC slab, removing debris off the premises and cleaning the roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting the V grooves on the terrace slab where ever cracks are observed and fill the grooves with Fosrocs heavy duty non shrink grout Convextra GP2, coving all the 90 degree angles, slab/wall junctions with Conbextra GP2 all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing a levelling course of cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4, using 12.50 mm stone aggregate, 40 mm thick maintains a slope towards the drain water pipes by adding a water proof admixture @ 250 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-Admixture shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering with CM 1:3, 10 mm thick mixed with water proofing admixture of Fosroc/Pidilite or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-Admixture shall be measured and paid seperately.

Providing and applying one coat of primer of Bostik Boscocem SBR at 0.25-0.30 kg/m2 on a well-prepared surface. Once primer is fully dry apply one-component fast setting UV resistance water based polyurethane waterproofing membrane system of Bostik Block P530 BOSCOSEAL PU-D applied by brush or roller using approximately 2-2.2 kg/m² in two coats to achieve a dry film thickness of 1mm. Waterproofing membrane system continued to be applied on the parapet wall to full height, over the coping area and then terminated on the exterior surface upto 100mm below including Fiber Mesh Reinforcement of 30-60 gsm embedded between the coats. All the concrete/masonry pedestals constructed for supporting the water tanks, dish antenna, water pipelines etc must have done with coving using polymer modified mortar and must be pre-treated with 1mm thick coating of Bostik Block P530 BOSCOSEAL PU-D extending at least 50mm on both the sides all complete as per manufacturers specification.
