M&L Design Mix cement concrete M-40 grade (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finishing the surfaces fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 20 mm deep x 25 mm wide, applying of primer to the groove, inserting breaker rod in the groove and finally sealing the groove with Polyuretheane based flooring sealent Colpor 200 of Fosroc make or equivalent product manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch and finishing the gooove complete all as specified and as directed.

Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch and finishing the gooove complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including door gates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel plate plain or chequered (Fe-290, Gde E 165) channels, squre cut to notch (ordinary or counter sunk forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed

S & F structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams, etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of valley gutters, duct covers, platforms (0 to -15m level) and capstan, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cable duct covers, lifting arrengements with pulleys, nosing angle and similar workscomplete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for chipping (av thickness 20mm ) of existing damaged, crakced, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the floor / floor treatment by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further preparating the rough surface of concrete after removal of existing flooring by means of mechanical grinding to achieve a rough, coherent substrate having an excellent anchor profile, removing all the loose particles, dirt, etc., clean the surface with high pressure water jet and again clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces, allow it to dry completely ed and as directed

Material & labour for chipping (av thickness 50mm ) of existing damaged, crakced, spalled & loose portion of concrete from any location by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further preparating the rough surface of concrete after removal of existing flooring by means of mechanical grinding to achieve a rough, coherent substrate having an excellent anchor profile, removing all the loose particles, dirt, etc., clean the surface with high pressure water jet and again clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces, allow it to dry completely ed and as directed

M&L for crack repairs by widening the cracks 0.25mm to 9mm wide, groove cutting in V shape on existing jetty slabs, clean the surface with mechanical blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces, applying Epoxy based primer like Nitoprime 25 of M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent product manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch to the groove and allow it to dry and after drying apply Epoxy putty like Nito VF of M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent product manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch in the prepared groove after complete drying of the applied primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&F for fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size for Injection grouting for structural cracks with low viscous epoxy resin grouting chemical like Conbextra EP10 manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent product manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch and grouting by injecting the chemical by using an electrically operated pressure grouting machines until the nipple refuses the grout or the grout comes out from a nearby nipples and after grouting, all the nipples shall be cut and the surface shall be finished to match the nearly surface complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed. (Note :- 1. Work shall be executed as per manufacturer's instruction.2. The chemicals are available in two components - base and the hardener. The components of a pack shall be mixed at a time by mechanical means using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fixed with mixing paddles. Part mixing of a pack is not accepted. 3. Cost of grouting chemical is is included in quoted rate. 4. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch with four parts of water and six parts of cement by weight. Coverage of SBR latex-0.25Ltr / sqm for one coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick epoxy based cementitious flooring like Nitoflor Levelcrete manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch having a compressive strength of 40Mpa on prepared jetty floor (i.e.after application of Polymer modified cementious bonding coat) complete all as specified and directed..[ Note:-The pre-pack 20Kg Nitoflor Levelcrete bag shall be mixed with 4Ltr of water or as per manufacturer's instructions and thoroughly mixed by mechanical means for application on the floor]

Material & labour providing 50 mm (av thickness) shrinkage controlled polymer modified fibre reinforced Cementitious patch repair mortar like Fosroc make brand name SP 40 or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch having a compressive strength of 45 Mpa at 28 days complete all as specified and directed

M&L for application of top wearing coat with the properties of Anti-skid, oil resistant, flexible & UV resistant coating system with the following laying methodology :- a) 1ST layer:- Applying two component Epoxy primer like Notoprime 30 of Fosroc make or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch, mixed in mechanical mixer and applied on the prepared level Crete surface by using sponge based epoxy roller followed by sprinkling of anti-slip grain No 2 of Fosroc make or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch on the primed surface on wet condition for skid resistant and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours.

b) 2nd layer:-Applying two component prepacked protective system of Traffic guard Intermediate coat of Fosroc make or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch, mixed in mechanical mixer and applying on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours. c) 3rd layer:- Applying two component wearing coat, likeTrafficguard Wearing coat of Fosroc make or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. M&F for for 100 wide coloured traffic line marking, different shapes marking for parking, safety markings on jetty, hard standings, roads etc over finished floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of 3mm thick (average thickness ) single component, polymer modified, cementitious mortar filler like Rendroc FC of M/s Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch, for minor surface imperfections complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of existing vertical concrete surfaces of jetty sea face wall and applying two coats (total thickness 300 microns ) of high performance aliphatic acrylate based protective and decorative coating like Deck guard 'S' of Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch ( per one Ltr of Deck guard 'S' will cover 2.85 sqm of area in two coats) over a coat of Deckguard primer @ 2.5 Sqm per one Ltr on vertical concrete surfaces of jetty sea face wall complete all as specified and as directed.
