S&F cable jointing kit 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination Cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable on HT pole, transformers etc complete all as specfied and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanlting and taking down bend/damaged mild steel work such as cross arms, bracing, supported, clamps & back plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removing existing HT Pin & Disc insulators and kept on contracotr store for schedule of credit.

Supply, Laying, connecting and testing of HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 11KV (Earthed) as per IS 7098 (Part-II) with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sq mm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed:- Note:- (i) The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely. (ii) Cable may fixing/ passing through pipe laid in trenches or fixed to pole/ wall or fixed to LT panel etc. (iii) ACSR conductor & cross arms replaced with UG Cable.

Excavation in trenches .n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. ex 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying UG cable/ foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine washed river dry sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thicknes of sand will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover of class HVP, type-1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm (ISI marked) for protection of UG cable over sand cushoniing laid in trenches with axis of the cover perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting of size min 45cm width x 90cm depth for laying of cable inside GI Pipe Light grade 80 mm dia including making good the road with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 ( using 20mm stone agg) from Ground level to 15 cm depth complete all as specified and directed.. Note: GI pipe of required length shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F galvanized steel (GI Pipe) light grade (ISI marked) 80 mm dia with all fittings as in sleeving for cable protection & laid in trenches/ floor or fixed to wall, ceiling and pole complete all as specified and directed :- Note : MS Clamp, nut bolts and washer to fix pipe shall be included on quoted rate.

S&F in repairs cast iron cable route indicator having min dia 120mm and thickness of plate not less than 6mm, embossed 11KV HT of bold letters, welded on 2 feet MS angle iron of size 40/40 mm on plates including grounding 1.5 feet under ground and PCC complete all as specified and directed.
