Annual Routine Maintenance (ARM) of Hydro-Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical equipment of Maneri Dam, Maneri Uttarkashi

ANNUAL ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF HYDRO-MECHANICAL AND ELECTRO-MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT OF MANERI DAM INCLUDES:

Daily routine maintenance of all hydro-mechanical and electro-mechanical components and other equipments of Dam as per operation and maintenance manual of Maneri Dam or Equipment manufacturer practices/Manual covers deployment of regular skilled manpower for routine maintenance, necessary equipment, T&P and general consumables etc., required for completion of repair and maintenance works to keep installations of Dam up to date and functional under the direction of Engineer-in–charge.

Additional Staff For Emergency Work as and when required basis

Repair and servicing of following Pump`s motor set/Electric Motors as and when required basis .

Repairing and servicing of 22.50 HP/27.50 H.P Submersible Pump`s motor set including of replacement of faulty parts,rewinding,carban thrust bearing ,bushing etc painting the motor etc. complete including testing of the repaired motor set, labour charges of service and repair and to & fro transportation to site workshop ,as required and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Repairing and rewinding of 1.0 HP Submersible Pump`s Motor set

Repairing and servicing of 12.5 H.P Three phase induction motor including of rewinding ,cartage, varnishing of winding etc. complete in all respect including testing of the repaired motor set, labour charges of service and repair and to & fro transportation to site workshop ,as required and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing and servicing of 30 H.P/ 29.15 HP Three phase induction motor including of rewinding ,cartage, varnishing of winding etc. complete in all respect including testing of the repaired motor set, labour charges of service and repair and to & fro transportation to site workshop, as required and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing and servicing of 3 H.P electric motor including of rewinding ,cartage, varnishing of winding etc. complete in all respect including testing of the repaired motor , labour charges of service and repair and to & fro transportation to site workshop ,as required and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Stopping of leakage from one number Radial gates of size 13.0x 14.5m at Maneri Dam as per work as and when required basis.

Engaging of Hydraulic excavator(3D) with driver,helper&fuel as and when required basis as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge

Works of removal of deposited sediments in hopper at Maneri Dam includes making all arrangements for removing of sediments from hopper size 15x15.7x5.6 m3 ( shape Pyramid frustum) below 16m from the ground level at EL1284.00 and disposal of sand and garbage as per the direction of engineer in-charge. All the material, T&P and labour required for the proper completion of work are under scope of contractor .

Disposal of dead bodies of big animals like Buffalo, cow etc from Dam area and dump the same after excavating the pit and sprinkling the salt in sufficient quantity and refilling the pit including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as and when required basis.
