Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets but from wall cladding, vertical sheets and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork / concrete work built in cement mortar in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Structural steel supports conforming to FE 410W (Gde E-250) Quality A, for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fasterning and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces area exc 10 cms width or girth and finishing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-coated galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated roofing sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engr-in-Charge 0.50mm total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc aluminium alloy coating AZ 200 as per IS 277 in 550 Mpa Steel grade painted with super durable polyester 18-22 microns on outside, 5-8 micron epoxy primer at Inside of sheet, with protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and shall be supplied in single length upto 12 M or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws @ minimum 5 Nos per Sqm along the purlins and where ever directed by Engineer-in-Charge with EPDM seal of make CORRO SHIELD/BUILDEX/HILTI or equivalent. All over laps of the roof sheets shall be sealed with one touch fasteners and continuous ribbon of self adhesive roofing tape of size 50 x 3mm (using low hardening butyle rubber) of non asphaltic, non shrinking, non drying and non-toxic and shall have superior adhesion to metals, plastic and painted surface. complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L for 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screws and washers fixed to highly elevated roof, wall etc. fixed with in roof, wall etc. 'L' type or 'J' type cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork using old size sub class 'B' Bricks built in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.
