Restoration of rain damages to various WSS Flow Irrigation Scheme under Jal Shakti Sub Division Banuri in Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra H P

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting in soft and hard rock and chiselling work including saturated soil slushy soil and under floor upto all depth and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metre clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetre (Fifteen centimetre) layer when required into plinth sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches of galvanized mild steel pipe by way of circumferentinal butt welded 96% joints butt welded & 6% flanged pipes including cost of flanged bends of all degrees confirming to IS:1239-2004 (Medium class) with upto date ammendements) as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 6 metres including specials short pieces bends, reducers tees etc. made from parent tube. The butt welded joints as per table below duly welded in three layers (One inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevent BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes confirming to BIS 1364 (with upto date ammendments). The laying of pipe shall include all operational such as cutting welding, jointing, providing & fixing of fabrication of bends, tees required level including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radious not less than five times the dia of pipe. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separatly). The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of advani Overlikon/L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes materials.

Fixing of cast iron sluice valve of Kirloskar/Kartar/leader/Bir make of following diameter with hand wheel as per IS:14846-2000 (Class PN-1.0) including brass spindal as per 2906-1984 complete with nuts bolts and rubber insertion etc.complete in all respect with in all lead and lifts as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
