Construction of boundary wall of Govt. Ayurvedic Dispensary at Charigaon for the year 2025-26

Earthwork in excavation in foundation and trenches hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling with sand well watered and compacted with appropriate rammer or mechanical compactor and top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials and labour with required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 with 40 mm nominal size of hand crusher broken hand granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation up to a depth of 1.5m.below ground level and up to a height of 1.5m above Ground level or Bed level including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including curing dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost,conveyance, royalty,taxes of all materials required for the work, including supplying and working of pumps and all other materials required for the work, TandP articles, including all labour finishing the exposed surface, smooth, providfing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete as per spoecification for Road and Bridge works and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of M-20 grade Foundation having a minimum compreshive srength 150kg per cm2 in 150mm cubes at 28 days curing after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S 456 and I.S 516 using black hard crusher broken granaite chipsof 20mm and down-grade size not exceeding 25percent of approved quality including hoisting and laying placing in position concrete watering and curing for 28 days including cost of rigid and smooth stool centering and shuttering with C.M plaster 1:2 at no extra cost where necessery and cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials labour required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost of M.S. Rod or Tor steel and binding and tying the grills and placing in position etc.complete. The materials used in the work and finished item of work shall confirm to relevant I.S specification and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge. The testing charges will be borne by the contractor

Providing HYSD bar reinforcement Fe 415 MS round bars required for R.C.C. works including cost and conveyance of tested M.S. or T.S. rods and binding wire of 18 to20 gauge, including labour charges for straightening , cutting,bending,binding,and welding if required and tying the grills and placing in proper position as required incase of availability of rods in Departmental store,the same can be supplied to the contractor at prevailing stock issue rate of grade S 240 and S 415 confirming to IS 432 and IS 1786 respectively with approved design etc complete as per Specification and direction of Engineer-In - charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonary brick size of 25x12x8cm having crushing srength not less than 75kg per cm2 with dimension tolerance 8percent in C.M. 1:6 in foundation and plinth including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour etc. complete including watering and curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.
