Excavating in post holes (or similar holes ) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out including returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth round in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning concrete surfaces by removing cover/loose concrete completely by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface to clean all dirts / loose materials complete all as Specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning the exposed surface, derusting the reinforcement steel by providing & application of rust remover Sika Rustoff 100 or equivalent in list of makes, followed by providing & application of two coats of two component, low solvent, zinc rich epoxy resin based protective coating and anti-corrosive primer for steel, Sika Friazinc R or equivalent in list of makes over the prepared surface, complete as per manufactureres specification and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm and over up to 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for drilling holes in existing / finished concrete surfaces for grouting stub bars both in vertical and horizontal direction by means of percussive drills with diamond bits with air/ water flushing and grouting the stub bars with epoxy grout including cleaning the hole with compressed air and drying the holes with blow torch for removing the moisture etc., The make of epoxy grout material shall be as per make as specified in make list and shall be approved by GE, for bar dia upto 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for widening of the crackline if necessary, cleaning the same with air blower, sealing the same with a solvent-free, 2-component low viscosity and semi elastic liquid, based on epoxy resins, Sika 20 Crackseal / Sikadur 31 or equivalent in list of makes, mixed with dry sand to fill the same, complete as per manufactures specification & as directed.

Material and labour for towards drilling the holes by use of drill machine, fixing of packers with a ready to use, rapid-setting, waterproof cement mortar Sika Monotop 108 or equivalent in list of makes, Water Plug IN, removal of the packers after grouting, sealing the holes by cement mortar enriched with Sika Latex Power or equivalent in list of makes, complete all as per manufacturer specification and direction.

Material and labour for pressure grouting work by use of pressure grouting machine with 2 compound epoxy based, low viscous grouting liquid Sikadur 55 LP(IN) or equivalent in list of makes through steel nozzles for cracks sealing as per manufacturers specification & direction.

Material and labour for cleaning the substrate surface properly with jharu brush, air blower, etc. to remove dust, loose adhering particles, application of epoxy bonding coat of Sika Hibond / Sikadur 32LP or equivalent in list of makes on the prepared surface as per manufacturers specification & direction.

Material and labour for for providing & application of free flow ready mix micro concrete Sikarep or equivalent in list of makes added with 10mm down stonechips @ 30% by weight, over the prepared surface to build up the required thickness after necessary shuttering, drilling holes in slab if any arrangement as per manufactures specification and direction.

Material and labour for surface built up and leveling of substrata surface, finishing with ready to use polymer modified non-shrink, high strength repair mortar SikaTop 122 HS / Sika Monotop 122F or equivalent in list of makes, complete as per manufacturers specification and direction.

Material and labour for cleaning of concrete surface manually / mechanically including rounding the edges of the same with mechanical concrete grinding machine and providing & application of SikaWrap 230C or equivalent in list of makes with its adhesive Sikadur 330(IN) or equivalent in list of makes, over External column surface, complete as per technical/ manufactures specification and direction.

Material and labour for cleaning of concrete surface manually / mechanically including rounding the edges of the same with mechanical concrete grinding machine, providing & application of carbon lamination Pultruded CFRP plate of 50 mm wide and 1.4 mm thick for structural strengthening of RCC with Sika® CarboDur® S-514 or equivalent in list of makes having properties of E-modulus: 1.65x105 N/mm2; tensile strength >=2800 N/ mm2, with its adhesive Sikadur 30LP (IN) or equivalent in list of makes, complete all as per manufactures specification and direction.

Material and labour for providing & application of epoxy resin based bond coat Sikadur 31 or equivalent in list of makes & epoxy resin based repair mortar Sikadur 41 or equivalent in list of makes, over leached / spalled / undulated concrete surface to to repair the substrate surface, complete as per manufactures specification & direction. Item shall be measured under BOQ Item No. 15.1 & 15.2

Note: Colour of sheet shall be approved by GE

Any damages to underlying assets shall be rectified and made good by the contractor on his/her own cost.

Material & Labour for suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure steam Crude Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purline from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall, flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement over surface while the padding concrete is still green and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Item of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately

Material & Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-O using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, kerbs and levelling course etc complete all as specified and as directed

Note: Item of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing and applying wall care putty 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surface applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of primer on wall complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for rendering 5 mm thick Cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even & smooth without using extra cement to ceiling complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix mild steel rolled sections (Fe-290, Gde E-165) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, brackets for fixing of eaves board , posts etc. where connected to common rafters and other misc brackets fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning top of RCC Slab in sunken portion including peripheral beams and plastered with 15mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement and curved adequately and allowed to dry complete all as specified and directed.
