Dholpur stone with hammer dressed facework (with maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm), about 40mm high, 75mm deep in straight courses, laid and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3, recess pointed (10mm x 20mm) with an admixture of white cement and Dholpur stone dust 1:1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Granite jet black shade, 18-20 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed, as in cooking platform, jamb,step,riser, shelves, RCC counters, window cills & similar situations, complete including grinding,rounded and chamfered edges and granite polishing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Grey coloured PCC factory made tiles, ISI marked, 25 mm thick of size 250 mm x 250 mm, machine pressed and cut polished and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and fabricated using grey cement & pigments. over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with and including WPC as per manufacturers instruction ,bedding joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

600 x 600x 8-10 mm thick white roof temperature shield tiles on terraces, roofs, pavements, and sloped/vertical surfaces, set in neat cement slurry over a 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6). All joints to be filled using epoxy grout with spacers for uniformity,complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on surfaces other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces upto 3rd storey building mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling/soffits of slabs/Chajja/ Sunshade finishing the plastered surface even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Factory made Pressed steel frames, confirming to IS, having profile 105 x 60 mm , 1.25 mm thick MS sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, and 100 mm size hinges, lock strike plate, etc., with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.
