Removal of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane, brick tiling incl mud mortar and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any other loose material complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed with polymer modified repair mortar (SBR Latex liquid polymer as per manufacturer direction ) and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement as in roof padding treatement to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (SBR) Latex liquid polymer will be measured and paid seperately..

Supply only SBR Latex liquid polymer of approved make ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 .6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with water proofing liquid membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Application of one coat of Epoxy Primer in ratio of 1:3 (Resin : Hardener) on the cleaned surface for bonding of liquid membrane with the existing concrete surface. (b) Application of two coat of High build elastomeric waterproofing coating of two component hybrid Polyurea polyurethane applied as a waterproofing liquid membrane. (f) After the complete application of treatment, the treated area will be tested for water tightness by ponding with water 72 Hours for any seepage, if observed the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5kg/sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repaired, the slab will be tested for water tightness again Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturer or authorised applicator of the manufacturer only 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M/L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm stone aggregate) mixed with SBR Latex liquid polymer (mixed as per manufactur direction) as in concrete angle-fillets with a radiaus of 75 mm at junction between roofs/chajja/top surface of projected cub boards and vertical faces of wall ( parapet and other walls) to ease up about corners and over chhajjas and like incl using form work (straight or curved ) as required complete all as specified and directed . Note - The work is required to be carried out up to double storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

Dismantling Asbestos Cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating AZ-150 GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Preparation of new zinc or galvanised surface to receive painting,by coating with modrant solution including washing ,cleaning etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for. complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams trusses above 4 mtr & upto 8 mtr etc,for renewal of any defective members (timber renewed to be measured separately) and reassembling including Housing and fixing trusses etc. after repairs including tightening up wedges, cotters bolts etc.complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling Unframed timber scantlings 40 Sq. cm and over in section and in any position. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 2nd class hard wood (Sal) in scantling wrought timber framed and fixed. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with one coats of creosote oil. complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets.complete all as specified and directed .

S&F false ceiling 4 mm thick with GI framed work with main tee of size 24X28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet 0.3 mm thick doubled at web and single at flange, flange covered with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24X24X0.45 mm powder coated for celing , ceiling board 60cmX60cmX4.0 mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2 mm dia & upto 2 M average length with adjustable device complete including plugging in brick /stone wall with steel rawal plugs@ 600 mm C/C . Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides and painted with two coats of Acrylic distemper tint as approved by GE/AGE including making good all the disturbed portion , complete all as specified and directed.
