S & F in repairs Test Point Terminal Box of size 200 X 100 X 100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet, drilled and screwed including 6 Nos 15mm long hexagonal head screws complete with Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze of size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Ceiling Fan / Exhaust Fan / Air Circulator / Wall Mounted Fan etc. of any description from its position and refixing the same after repairs to buildings, at same place or at new place including connecting up with three core PVC insulated, sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm including cleaning and spray painting with approved colour after filling cavities with filler complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairs to LT Panel Board including rewiring of all electrical connections of LT Panel Board of any description with new Terminal Connector, Lugs and Wire of suitable size after disconnecting, removing the burnt Contactors, Controllers, Transformers, Fuses, Cables and other connecting accessories etc., tinkering the enclosure to proper geometrics, removing all the corroded sheet metal parts like base plate, top plate, front cover etc. with 2.00mm thick CRCA Sheet, bending to match with existing size and shape, welding / brazing, degreasing, phosphatising all the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and finishing the surface for matt finish after due preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
