Earthwork in hard soil or gravelly soil with 50m initial lead and lifts including breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtrs in depth leveling dressing the bed and removing all foreign materials including roots, brushes and depositing the soil in layers and rolling for ordinary compaction as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm. in depth with all leads and lifts including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Plain Cement concrete of proportion of (1:3:6) using 40mm to 10mm graded clean hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Rcc of M-20 grade in different works (equivalent to a nominal mix op proportion 1:1:5:3) as per approved deigns and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) of 200kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I;S. 456 and I.S. 516 USING 12 mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken grainte chips (20mm size chips not to exceed 25%) and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry to be mixed in concrete mixture including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centring and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debries from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of labours, T& P required and excluding cost, conveyance of M.S.Rods or Tor steel, work complet as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Supplying, Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel of SAIL(HYSD Fe-415) welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills and laying in position as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing in position in all floors according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Fly Ash Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth using Flay Ash bricks of 23cm x11cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75Kg per Sq.Cm, including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Fly ash Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure using fly ash bricks of 23cm x11cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75kg per Sq.Cm, including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling & similar such type of works with all necessary projections. watering and curing for 7 days immersing the brick in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

16mm.(5/8 Inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.
