Sch 'A' Part- XII (MISCELLANEOUS) Note : This schedule is not pre priced by MES and the pre priced rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under Col.5 signifies this fact only.

Boring for cast-in-situ bored under reamed piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in cast in situ bored pile with minimum cement content 400kg/cum of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in pile cap , grade beam & tie beam complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for grade beam/tie beams and pile caps of any length and any dia all as shown on deawings including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5mm dia and over up to and including 16mm dia confirming to IS-1786 as in Helical/stirups for pile cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500mm dia bored pile for DMC pile/Under reamed pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500mm dia pile for DMC pile/Under reamed pile (Routine Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Conducting standard penetration test all as per IS-2131 at levels and locations as directed for 500mm dia cast in situ bored piles all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep or area not exceeding 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil including bailing out/pumping out water on account of spring/rain or any other causes using any method as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for pile caps/plinth beams,raft foundation etc all as specified and shown on drawings.

Returning filling in around pile cap, plinth beams, raft foundation etc using excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m deposited whereever directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point .

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Formwork to sides of pile caps , grade beams rough finished surface of concrete flat all as specified .

Internal Electrification:-Supply and fix ceiling fan 1200mm sweep copper wound having minimum service value of 6.00, BEE five star rated with brushless DC(BLDC) motor and minium air delivery 210CFM including fixing of down rod and connecting up complete with and including three core flexible PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose/ connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Bajaj/Crompton/Usha or equivalent as per approved make.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan Steel body, 300 mm sweep 230 Volts AC 50 Hz, with blades, frame and louvers, including connecting up from ceiling rose with 3 core flexible copper cable, PVC sheathed of size 1.5 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed at site Make :- Bajaj/Crompton/ Almonard or equivalent as per approved make.

Supply and fix LED light fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL:- Material and labour for PVC(SWR) pipe 110mm dia laid in trenches and jointed including all acessories and fittings complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PVC(SWR) pipe 160mm dia laid in trenches and jointed including all acessories and fittings complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Hume Pipe septic tank for 05 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC concrete designer, out door , digital tiles of size 300mm x 300mm with pigment over 20mm screed bed of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY:- Supply and laying UG Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded with galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core including all required accessories fixed with clamp & screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, spreading and levelling riddled soil as earth cushioning to UG cable by using IS seive to seperate the composite/roots etc and refilling spreading in trenches as cushioning and rammed down to form a solid bed all as specified and directed at site. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply erection testing and commissioning of Gun metal Air release valve 50 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038 of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038 of 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Steel Water Tubing Heavy Duty 150mm dia Galvanised ISI marked with all fittings like elbow,tee,flange,taper,nut ,bolt ,gasket etc fixed on walls/floors/roof ete including fixing with clamps on wall for the wet riser including two coast of red paint over a coat of etch primer with approved synthetic enamel paint in open to air surface and in under ground laid in trench shall be provided with anti corrosive wrapping coating as per IS 102221 and that rate shall be deemed to include the same complete all as specified. Note:- Excavation and earth work only shall be measured and paid separately. Make:- Tata / Jindal /Zenith or equivalent as per approved make.

Supply install, testing and commissioning of Fire pump Diesel Engine driven horizontal end suction ,centrifugally type confirming to IS-12469,1988 with CI casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for continuous operation with range of operation 0 % to 150 % of rated capacity 70 M head 2280 LPM discharge including suction pipe as per manufaturers specification, and discharge pipe upto common header complete. Make for Diesel Engine :- Kirloskar / Cummins /Crompton Greaves Make for Pump:- Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves/ ABB or equivalent as per approved make. .

Supply install, testing and commissioning of Fire pump Electrically driven horizontal end suction ,centrifugally type confirming to IS-12469,1988 with CI casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for continuous operation with range of operation 0 % to 150 % of rated capacity for 440 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 70 M head 2280 LPM discharge, including suction pipe as per manufaturers specification,discharge pipe upto common header complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Kirloskar / Crompton Greaves / ABB or equivalent as per approved make. Note :- Contractor shall submit the performance curve alongwith design details of pumps to GE for approval.

Supply install, testing and commissioning of Jockey pump Electrically driven horizontal end suction ,centrifugally type confirming to IS-12469,1988 with CI casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for automatic operation with nonover loading power characteristics for frequent start/stop operation for 440 V, 3 phase,50 Hz,70 M head 180 LPM discharge including suction pipe as per manufaturers specification,and discharge pipe upto common header complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Kirloskar / Crompton Greaves /ABB or equivalent as per approved make. Note:- Contractor shall submit the performance curve along with design details of pump to GE for approval.

FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEM:-Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Addressable type Active Loop Repeater Panel (Loop power/external power) Fire terminal, Backlit LCD Display 6x40 characters display, having Controls for Reset, Mute, Accept, Silence alarms and Self Test with programmable free Keys and Duly approved by UL/FM (repeater panel should be placed in Guruda Fire Station) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 2 core 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Finolex/ Polycab or equivalent as per approved make.
