Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, including taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated,unarmoured 95 Sqmm Single Core ,1100 Volts grade heavy duty stranded aluminium conductor of suitable size and length as per site requirement complete for jumpering , binding , line taps to earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable end joint kit "heat shrinkable type " suitable for 1.1 KV (LT) indoor/outdoor type ,for cable size 150 sq mm 3.5 core , complete all as specified and directed

Supply and install ON LOAD change over switch 415 Volt in sheet metal enclosure type 4 pole of capacity 320 Amps (suitable for open execution and to be fitted in the standard control panel or as per site requirement) complete all as specified and directed

Supply of 4 Tyre trolley with AXEL and other accessories etc. suitable for mounting 250 KVA DG Set as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven Generating set with acoustic enclsoure (Silent Version) conforming to latest CPCB-II Norms of 250 KVA/ 200 KW capacity , radiator water cooled, Deisel engine driven developing 335 BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP Condition of BS: 5514 coupled with alternator of capacity 250 KVA/ 200 KW AT 0.8 power factor delivering out put Voltage 415 Volts +/- 1.0% at set value of 415 V at a frequency 50HZ +/- 0.5% with suitable AVR control panel, all mounted in acoustic enclosure and standard manual control panel all as per manufacturers design and specification as per CPCB-II norms confirming to the detailed specifications appended below :- (I) ENGINE (a) General: Suitable 6 Cylinder, inline, four stroke compressed ignition, radiator water cooled, continuous duty with 10% overload capacity for any one hour in 12 hours running, 50°C intake air temperature. The prime mover provided should be as per IS specifications. (b) Air intake system : Should comprise of dry type replacable paper element air filter, air intake manifold with necessary connections, turbo charged. (c ) Exhaust System: Should comprise of one exhaust manifold, dry type, flexible piping mounted on engine, one exhaust silencer- Hospital Grade which should be positioned in such a way that the exhaust gas is not sucked by the fan on the radiator, thereby affecting the cooling system. The silencer should cater to the noise level tolerance prescribed in the relevant IS/BS. The silencer should be provided with flaps with a provision so that it will open only when the generator is running. The complete exhaust system shall be properly supported so that entire lot of the exhaust system shall not fall on the DG Set.

(d) Fuel System: Should comprise of spin on type fuel filters, high pressure common rail fuel system, self contained piping mounted on engine, non return check valve in fuel supply and drain lines. The base rail with integral fuel tank of capacity 450 litrs must have proper locking arrangement. (e) Cooling System: Should comprise of radiator cooled, engine mounted water pump, thermostats, coolant, self contained piping, fan and fan hub mounted on engine. (f) Lubricating System: Should comprise of lubricating oil sump mounted on engine, gear driven lub oil pump mounted on engine, lubricating oil cooler-fresh water cooled integral with engine cool out circuit mounted on engine, spin on type lube oil filter lubricating with cap and lubricating oil dip stick for oil level check mounted on engine. The system should be capable of feeding lube oil to the main end & large end bearings, cam shaft, valve rocker gear and all moving parts. (g) Starting System: Should comprise of suitable voltage 24V, DC electrical starter, battery charging alternator mounted on engine, with suitable maintenance free batteries (02 Nos 12 Volt Each with battery lead for electrical starting) to be mounted in trays (having rubber insulation) on the main frame with in-built charging unit. It should have the provision to charge the battery from external sources during static condition and while running of the generator. (h) Governing System: Should comprise of suitable PC 1.1 Controller (all functions) mounted on engine (j) Other System: Should comprises of flywheel and flywheel housing.

(V) ACCESSORIES ; (i) 01 No standard mechanical and electrical tool box. (ii) Internal covered tube lights. (VI) Acoustic Enclosure :-The entire generator, prime mover, fuel tank and control panel should be housed in a sound proof acoustic enclosure (Rock wool in the form of slabs of 100 mm thickness and 96 KG/metric Cube density, Rock Wool Conform IS 8183). Noise level should not exceed 75dBA at 1m as per latest CPCB-II norms. Proper ventilation should be provided and accessibility for easy maintenance. (a) Internal Lighting: Tube lights with protective mesh around it to be fitted inside the container for proper illumination (b) Doors : The container will be provided with suitable doors on the side and rear to enter the container during operation and maintenance. All doors will be provided with lock and handles for opening/ closing the doors, retainers for holding the panel door (VII) Painting Scheme ISS shade 220 olive green 1994 or As per manufacturers specification (VIII) Lifting/ Transportation arrangements :- Container with suitable corners will be provided to lift the DG set along with container. This is suitable for road/ rail/ sea transportation. (ix) Trials:-Trials on site should be given as per load tests prescribed and all functional trials should be shown.

Notes :Following shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate :- (a) The Engine, alternator,control Panel, Acoustic enclosure shall be integrated unit sourced from OEM only as per Make given in list of Make in Tender.(b) All arrangements for Installing, testing & commissioning of DG set is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of first fill of Engine oil/Lub oil & POL for testing & commissioning complete.(c) Contractor will submit the technical literature of specific model for approval before placing order.(i) Disconnecting existing cables, from existing panels and connecting cables , cables glands, cable lugs to new panel complete with all necessary accessories.(ii) Install on the Trolley.(iii) Test and commissioning completeiv) The cost of cables/control cables from engine (LT) to control panel shall be deemed to be included in the cost quoted.
