Supply only heating element of 1 or 1.5 KW capacity including rubber washers ISI marked as per sample for existing, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only heating element of 2 KW capacity including rubber washers ISI marked as per sample for existing, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only storage tank made out of copper sheet and confirming to IS- 2082 (1973), suitable for 25 litres capacity geysers, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only brass non return valve 15 mm dia, ISI marked suitable for geysers, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for insulation material (Glass wool) for geysers of any capacity including removing old insulating material all as per manufacture instruction, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour painting of Geyser outer body cover blades by scrapping of old paint, filling of cavities formed, preparation / cleaning of surface, making surface smooth and spray painting with one coat of white synthetic enameled paint of superior quality and writing MES /SM No with appropriate size letters using black paint complete all as specified and directed. The painting shall be carried out to following cap of geysers

S&F in repair round cable PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, with 3 core copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm, ISI marked & connecting complete, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix on wall / ceiling / roof or laying in trenches 20 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends, tee, union etc complete and connecting to water supply pipe line including taking down old tubing, all as specified and as directed. Note:- Earthwork where required shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm size angular cock, cast copper alloy chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with capstan head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm size bib cock, cast copper alloy chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with capstan head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions, all as specified and directed.

Periodical maintenance / servicing of solar water heater, flat plate collector type / glass tube collector type, storage type with electrical backup of capacity 100 - 300 litres, as per manufacturer instruction comprising of the following works at different locations at GE (AF) Jamnagar. (a) Complete cleaning of solar system, removing of dirt dust etc. (b) Cleaning of heating surface glass with glass cleaning solution. (c) Opening of cold & hot water connection draining out deposited water removing of mud turbidity etc & cleaning with fresh water. (d) Checking of Non return valve, Electrical backup system & sacrificial anode & tighten the connection. (e) Checking of glass holding tube joint & rectification of leakage. (g) Replacement of unserviceable spare part. Note:-(i) Preventive maintenance shall be carried as directed .(ii) Unserviceable spares parts will be measured & paid separately as supply only.(iii) Work shall be executed through Authorised service technician of Tata Solar BP / Delta./Red ren. (iv) Contractor shall submit the documentary evidence of authorised service technician for the approval of GE before commencement of work.

M&L for chemical cleaning of tube by providing chemical & removing all scale / dirt / dust etc as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for chemical cleaning of tank by providing chemical & removing all scale / dirt / dust etc as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for fabrication of staging for fixing of tank on roof for solar water heater up to 2.5 metre height from roof top, fabricated with mild steel angle, flat, tee etc (using steel section of grade Fe-290 Grade 165) confirming to including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, drilling holes for bolts, painting over all two coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer, and taking down / dismantling of old staging complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 25 mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed to water tank. (Minimum weight 455 grams), complete all as specified & directed.

S & F industrial type plug & socket board SP & N enclosure with 2 pole and earth metal plug & socket complete with 10 Amp MCB SP, Legrand cat part No : 607841 or equivelent of L & T , Schneider etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminium ) submain wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed ) for socket point or power point complete with all fittings such as swiches sockets pendants etc complete and making good distuebed surface of wall,floor or ceiling with plaster of tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surface with distemper white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sub main wiring using PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping with all accessories and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete as specified and as directed of the following sizes of cables :-

Using two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 4 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 4.0 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable using as earth wire Note :2 runs of 4sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 4.0sqmm copper cable in and including PVC casing and capping shall be measured as one unit

Using two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 6.0 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable using as earth wire Note :2runs of 6sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 6.0 sqmm copper cable in and including PVC casing and capping shall be measured as one unit

Using two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 2.5 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 2.5 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable using as earth wire Note :2 runs of 2.5sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 2.5 sqmm copper cable in and including PVC casing and capping shall be measured as one unit

Supply and fix 500 ltr Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix 250 ltr Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed to HDPE water tank, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed to HDPE water tank, complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and laying in replace of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 of 20 mm dia fittings with all fittings and fixed to walls or through walls / ceiling or laid in floors including cutting, chasing, including clamps and all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 20 Amp three pin top metal clad suitable for industrial socket, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down unserviceable water heater with replacement of Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with Glass lined inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection piece etc & electric supply connection complete over and including grouting nuts & bolts of 15 mm dia 100 mm long for hanging the geysers, incl PVC connection 15mm, 450mm dia long heavy duty for hot water connection complete and plastering and finishing of plastered surface of wall as per existing finish complete all as specified and as directed. Attending Geyser and solar water heater complaints of domestic area deploying experienced mechanic and helper and rectification of complaints to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge and users. Note:-(i) For rectification of complaints if any electric items required to be replaced the same shall be measured and paid seperately under "supply and fixing" items. (ii) Mechanics engaged by contractor for attending complaints and rectification of geyser and solar water heater complaints, complete all as specified & directed.

Note : (i) For item to be replaced under repair (day to day complaint) contactors trade man should report to E/M complaint cell daily and take complaint from concren JE E/M and after attending complaint he should give feedback and return the complaint slip to concern JE E/M in the evening at 17.30 Hrs on same day. (ii) Geyser and solar water heater complaint to be attend within 24 Hrs from the receiving of complaint, other wise panalty of Rs 100 per complaint per day will be imposed on contractor. In this decision of engr-incharge and GE will full and final. (iii) Being a maintenance contract site will be handover to contractor as per complaint received from user and as per site requirement. (iv) For any minor repair required in wiring or their is any fault in circuit where the item under repair is to be replaced, contractor has to identify and recitified the fault without any extra cost. (v) Rates for above shall be inclusive of rates quoted by contractor against BOQ/Sch 'A'. No extra payment in this regards be made to the contractor.
