Dismantling the whole assembly, taking out filter media and chemicals, cleaning the whole plant with iron brush and sand paper to remove dust, dust and algae, painting inside the filter with anticorrosive black bituminous paint, supply and filling filter cell with new catalytic filter media with gravel sizes varying from 25mm to 3mm, sand size 16 micron and 32 micron, supply and changing of rubber gaskets, supplying and filling the MnO₂ chamber with new MnO₂ lumps of good quality, repairing and replacing of fittings and accessories where necessary and finally finished the plant with outside painting with two coats good quality synthetic enamel paint and re-commissioning the plant, including electrical works all complete.

Sodium Hypo-chlorite solution dosing system with electromagnetic metering pump run on 220 Volt AC for 100% accurate dosing complete with 100 Litre Capacity PVC tank for Sodium Hypo-chlorite solution, 12mm CPVC pipeline connection with all accessories including necessary electrical connection etc all complete.

Alum dosing system with electromagnetic metering pump run on 220 V AC for 100% accurate dosing complete with a 100 Litre capacity PVC tank for alum solution, 12mm CPVC pipeline connection with all accessories including necessary electrical connection etc all complete.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Activated Carbon Filter cum Oil Removable Plant 750mm dia and 1800mm height vertical cylindrical type M.S. (IS:2062) fabricated vessel including pipeline, Butterfly Valves of 50mm dia, respectively of suitable size including 2 Nos Pressure Gauge, Sampling cocks, filled with Activated Carbon. The thickness of the shell plate as 6mm body, 8mm dished end & 10mm bed plate under drain collecting system will be strainer on bed plate. The shell also be provided with adequate size air vent line with valve etc. all complete.

Cleaning the Aeration Chamber to remove dust, dirt and algae and finally washing with bleaching powder all complete.

Inlet and Outlet pipeline connection of the plant including necessary G.I. Pipe line, valve, bend, fittings and painting of the pipeline as required including all electrical works.

Commissioning of the whole plant including Rubber Gasket, Nuts & Bolts, Washer, painting including all.
