Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring light ,fan, socket or power complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe costudy or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditioned separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring in replacement using approved colour coding as per IS (Red , Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit of 20 mm bore with accessories in wall floor etc ISI marked, inciuding PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly,including GI sunken box of 1.8 mm thickness for modular plates including modular plate of suitable module including making good of disturbed surface of cement plaster, whitewash/ distempered match with original colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for the followings:- (a) one light/ fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch regulator.

(b) One 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet on indipendent board with other switchs.

(c) All as per item No 2.01 above but for one 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet on the same board with other switchs.

(e) All as per item No 2.01 above but with 2.5 Sq mm copper conductor multistraned pvcinsulated and unshethed cable for Independent one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet In and including S/C 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor unsheathed 1100 v grade IS -694 FRLS cable for continuous earth wire. Make -Polycab/Havells/Filonex

S&F in replacement single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole 240V including MCB 20 amps.

M&L in replacement Triple pole and earth encolsure with a three pin,neutral and earth plug with socket complete with 63Amp triple pole MCB 415Volt.

S&F in replacement of sub main wiring with multistranded copper conductors 1100 volt grade IS- 694 marked drawn through and including non metalic PVC conduit pipe medium grade ISI marked (not less than 20 mm dia)along with fittings and accessories all fixed concealed on wall and surface on ceiling and also including the specified runs of specified size earth continuity conductor complete including taking down existing sub main wiring all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (2 runs of main cable one run of earth wire one run of PVC pipe will be measured as an one run) (a) 2 Run of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of 2.5 sqmm cable for earth wire.

All as per Item No 18 but 2 Run of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of 4 sqmm cable for earth wire

S&F with replacement including unservicable MCB 6 to 32 Amps SP 10 KA 'C' Series

S&F and testing in replacement including taking down existing DBs of factory made MCB DB SPN 8 way 240 volt with double door, IP - 43 protection system with having 200 Amps 2 Nos bus bar for neutral bar and earth bus bar fixed/concealed in wall complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc including necessary connection lugging with copper lugs pin/ring type all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm,35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete.

M&L for in repairs earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with PCC frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete including taking out existing earthing all as specified and directed. Note: -(i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete.

Supply fix in repair decorative wall mounted light fiting with LED light 8 watt including fixtures for fitting the same on wall as directed.Cat part No.-LWWL01X103XW of jaguar/DW10827 of wipro or equivalent to philips/crompton/Havells

Supply & fixing in repairs Exhaust fan plastic body 250 mm sweep 240 V AC single phase complete with louvers shutters of any sweep including flexible three core copper conductor cable of 23/0.0076 up to ceiling rose and grounding 04 Nos full threaded bolts and nuts etc all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs sheet metal enclosure vertical MCB DB TPN 04 ways, IP 43, with 200 amps rated bus bar 415 Volts suitable for TPN MCCB as incomer, double door with magnetic locking system complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replaceemnt for vertical MCB DB TPN 4 Way,IP 43 with 200 amps rated busbar 415 volts suitable for TPN MCCB 16KA as incomer,double door with magnetic locking system all as specified.

S&F in repair MCCB, 100 Amps, 4 pole,16 KA, 415 volt with fixed thermal maganetic release all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
