Civil Items:- Excavation in drains and channels etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, saturated soil including chiselling or any other mixed variety of soil dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lifts upto any height, stacking the excavated soil upto all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeter thick layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including with in all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like upto any thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular, polygonal in plan including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( one cement : five sand : ten graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing First class Indian teak wood square edges cover fillets (beading) 19mmx6mm (nineteen millimetre into six millimetre) section including mitring at junctions with wood screws and nails including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100mm (one hundred millimetre) Mortice latch (Indian make of approved quality) with one dead bolt and a pair of levers, handles with necessary screws etcetera including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions frames with extruted built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 anodised transparent or dyed to require shade according to IS:1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top , bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etcetera.
