Cathodic Protection Monitoring and Maintenance Works (Including Manpower, Material, Liaisoning with Local Authority & Transport)

TLP Monitoring & taking reading: Monitering the TLP and ON / OFF PSP Monitoring of the Entire Pipeline network (Quaterly). Also taking the TLP ON reading as per scope of work abd direction of EIC.

Monitoring & Maintenance of CPPSM / TRU/ CTSU with data downloading along the P/L (Monthly).

Supply & Installation of TLP (Including Material, Manpower & Transport)

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF MTS/TLP of approved MNGL design. as per existing installation including Terminal plates, diagram Plates foundation bolts, termination with lugs & numbering of TS etc., raising the old foundation further up to 1.5 feet around the 4" dia pipe of TLP with 1:2:4 cement concrete in each foundations complete in all respect as per the drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Type :Normal) Excluding Supply and Laying of Cable

Without Lower Bend & Foundation - Fixing on the existing foundation.

SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF MTS/TLP suitable to accommodate the polarization cell along with complete terminal plate for cable connections, door, locking arrangement as per approved design , Synthetic Enamel paint and marking of Chainage Nos & etc. on TLPs, raising the old foundation further up to 1.5 feet around the 4" dia pipe of TLP with 1:2:4 cement concrete in each foundations, as per directions of Engineer in Charge.
