Taking down old unserviceable point wiring of any description including all fittings and fixtures like switches, sockets, ceiling rose, fan regulator, tubelight, mirror light, ceiling light etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS-H insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core conforming to IS:694 along with one run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLS-H insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit conforming to IS:9537 (Pt-III) and its all accessories / junction boxes / inspection covers etc of suitable size but not less than 20mm(OD), concealed in wall/ floor etc including provision of pressed steel terminal box of thickness not less than 18 SWG / with earth dolly of suitable size concealed in wall and covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet fixed with brass / GI screws for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator, etc / modular metal flush box covered with modular frame plate with cover of any size as per site requirement for mounting modular switches, modular sockets, modular fan regulator etc complete all as specified and directed for the following points:-

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable Post Top lantern globe type light fitting of capacity 1x7/8 watts with B-22 base LED bulb, transparent polycarbonate diffuser and fixing arrangement on new GI pipe of 25/40 mm dia medium grade of length 1.5m duly grouted on ground/wall/brick pillar with the help of cement mortar including making electrical connection with pvc insulated and PVC sheathed twisted three core wire of size 0.5 sqmm from junction box to light fitting complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC / DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry, weather proof suitable for outdoor installation for Gate light and Post top lantern, fixed on wall with screw & rawal plug and on GI Pipe wth suitable size MS clamp and Nut-bolts, washer of size 150x100x60 mm complete including one connector block three terminals and PVC cable gland 02 Nos for incoming and outgoing cables with provn of 01 nos single pole MCBs 10-32 amps inside the box including taking out/down existing unserviceable junction box of any description complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of power unit MCB protected plug and socket board in sheet steel enclosure with 25 Amp rated mini MCB and 25 Amp rated 3 pin plug, 240 V, 50 Hz complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of socket board including taking down existing unserviceable plug & socket board of any description and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB distribution board, Vertical TPN, 4 way, 415 V, 3 phase, AC with MCCB as incomer and MCBs as outgoing in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar of capacity 200 amp, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCCB/MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB distribution board, TPN, 4 way, 415 V, 3 phase, AC in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar of capacity 200 Amp, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
