GENERAL CLEANING, HOUSEKEEPING AT MILL HOUSE AT HBL 3500 TCD INTEGRATED SUGAR PLANT, SUGAULI AND LAURIYA

General cleaning of equipment’s, sanitation, cleaning floor etc. around the equipment’s, passages, removal of spill over bagasse, juice, wiping out floor spilled over juice, washing floor as required etc., dewatering removal of bagasse, mud etc. from pit, spreading bleaching powder as required in all the (3) shifts during season including labour, supervision, tools & tackles etc., to the satisfaction of HBL's Officer in charge. Job includes a) Cleaning of cane carrier pit, removing bagasse, mud from chain & slate, tail end, head end, both side of semi prepared belt conveyor, dewatering, removal of bagasse, mud etc. from pit and keeping the pit always clean and dry (minimum 2 nos. labour required in each shift also may be increase as per requirement/as directed by shift engineer) b) Cleaning of pit under shredder, shredded rake elevator after shredder, dewatering, removal of bagasse mud etc. form pit and keeping the pit always clean and dry (minimum 1 no. labour required in each shift also may be increase as per requirement/as directed by shift engineer). c) Regular cleaning (brushing) of both DSM screens at infeed carrier and at mill in 3 shifts and avoiding choking. d) Cleaning, Sweeping of area underneath the diffuser, both side & under cleaning of magasse belt conveyor, cleaning the pit of rake elevator before dewatering mills, in 3 shifts. (minimum 1 no. labour required in each shift also may be increase as per requirement/as directed by shift engineer). e) Cleaning of mill juice tray & floor around both mills, area around bagasse rake elevator in 3 shifts. (minimum 2 nos. labour required in each shift also may be increase as per requirement/as directed by shift engineer). f) Cleaning, Sweeping mill section floor, collecting spill over bagasse, shifting to designated place, cleaning drainages/gutters, parapets, cleaning of equipment’s in entire mill section including area around juice tank & imbibition tank in each shift.
