SCHEDULE 'A'

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as directed at site.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc area n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Hard/Dense soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc 50m but n exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above from the starting point as in soil complete as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed at site.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry but built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as directed at site.

Dismantling of Precast concrete Interlocking paver block of any size,discription, pattern laid dry complete all as directed at site.

Laying only Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size complete all as directed at site.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as directed at site.

M&L for Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as directed at site.

M & L for hard core (broken stone or boulders) of guage n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in kerbs set in cement mortar 1:6 with plain fair faces,including chamfers,weatherings,throating etc., complete all as directed.

M & L for providing chequered cement concrete tiles with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and no pigment of size 300m X 300m X 25 M thick and thick jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors ,over & incl. 15 mm screed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed at site.

M & L for PCC in (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in Sub base etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in foundation ,sub base complete all as directed at site.

M&L for walling of precast PCC solid block masonary in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 built in CM (1:6) bonded and solidly hearted all specified .

Labour only for walling of precast PCC solid block masonary in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 built in CM (1:6) bonded and solidly hearted all specified . Note : P.C.C solid black obtained from item No 05 above shall be used for walling in this item.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1(using 20mm graded aggregate ) in coping ,channels necessary form work and finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete as specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work.or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Use & waste of form work to edges and sides of slabs such as cover slabs and similar work: not exceeding 200 mm thick(Horizontal or sloping with rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as directed at site.

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spirally for column & hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) as in cover slabs complete all as directed.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified
