Rcc of M-20 grade in different works (equivalent to a nominal mix op proportion 1:1:5:3) as per approved deigns and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) of 200kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I;S. 456 and I.S. 516 USING 12 mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken grainte chips to be mixed in concrete mixture including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centring and shuttering and excluding cost, conveyance of M.S.Rods or Tor steel, work complet as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Slab Over Expansion Each Joint)

Supplying, Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel of JINDAL / SAIL welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills and laying in position as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing in position in all floors according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (First Floor)

Fly ash Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure using fly ash bricks of 23cm x11cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75kg per Sq.Cm, including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling & similar such type of works with all necessary projections. watering and curing for 7 days immersing the brick in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

16mm.(5/8 Inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

12mm.(1/2 Inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing , cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc . complete in all respect in all floors.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of flush door & shutter (3 Feet - 7 Inch x 6 Feet - 7 Inch size) of 32mm thick both side fitted with 4mm thick decorative veneers with brass fittings like hinges, motish lock, automatic door closer, door stopper etc complete including all cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P etc required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Un-plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD) Casement Window with top fixed - 60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mm x 55mm x 2.5mm for outer frames, 75mm x 60mm x 2.25mm for casement of Window Sash Profile and 74mm x 60mm x 2.5mm mullion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC Board of Greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 no., per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing / deglazing at site with 10 years manufactures warranty for discoloration, wraping, mechanical failures, shrinkages, rotting, corrosion etc. with a quality certificate from relevant department of Govt. of India, including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site with templates for casement sizing complete for finished item of work (structural requirements profiles are to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work before fabrication of the shutter) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Confirming to ASTM D 638-14, EN-477-95 and other applicable standards.

Supply and fixing of Un-plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD) Casement Ventilator top hung series duly manufactured using UPVC Reinforced profiles 60x55x2.5mm for outer frames, 75x60x2.58mm for casement window sash profile and mullion profile capabale of mounteing single glaze systems of approved section including cost, conveyance, taxes etc. complete.

Supplying, Fitting and Fixing of Roller Blinds by Fixing Powder coated top channel, bottom channel with bottom end cap, control unit and good quality of 0.60mm thick fabric of approved design and quality etc. complete. (First Floor)

Providing fitting and fixing of Gypsum board (12.5mm thick of size 6'x4' size) celling with Aluminium anodised T section No. 3215 with 2'0"center to center, L Section No.1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC supended from celling etc complete.
