Supply and laying of Centrifugally Cast (Spun) 300 mm Ductile Iron Pressure pipes with Spigot & Socket end, class K-7/K-9 confirming to IS: 8329/2000. "including taking up of old & unserviceable pipe and stacking at some suitable distance.

M & L for Universal VE joint Assembly/Standard Push-on fittings for Ductive iron pipe of 300 mm dia including taking out old lead from joints of old pipes as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for "DI fitting for 300 mm DI pipe (HSN code:73071120) conforming to IS 9523/2000, Class K-9 with inside cement mortar lining and outside zinc coating with finishing layer of Black bitumen " (150 Kg)

Excavation, in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying pipes and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Air release valve of approved IS suitable for 300 mm dia DI pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate of lead joint/rubber gasket joint is included in this unit rate.
