Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each n exc. 0.5 cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to distance n exc50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B 2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as speicfied and directed.

M&L for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe410-W Gde- E- 250)quality-A complete all as speicfied and directed.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250)quality-A complete all as speicfied and directed.

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and diameter of neck shall be 16 to 20 mm complete all as speicfied and directed.

M&L for Preparation of New or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as speicfied and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft soil complete all as speicfied and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C 2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone, gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing finished the surface even and rough to receive subsequent layer with and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered designed cement concrete tiles of size 300mmx300 mmx20mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for rounding or chamfering of edges or sides of chequered tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type and colour) tiles machine cut as in floors jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing with and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The colour / shade / design of granite shall be as approved by GE(I).)

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:3 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge,such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Note: Surface area will be considered for measurement. No extra payment for overlapping and wastage.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Note: Surface area will be considered for measurement. No extra payment for overlapping and wastage.

S&F including fabrication, in position, false ceiling comprising of grid system of Armstrong/rockstrength or its equivalent for frame work with GI powder coated angle wall runners of size 19X19mm, cross tee of size 24X24 mm & main tee of size 34X24 mm at 600 mm c/c to form grid of 600X600mmx 12 mm thick fully perforated micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles shall be suspended from roofs on main runners @ 0.9M c/c by means of suitable fasteners 4mm GI wire with adjustable cleats of 'J' hooks including making provn of housing light fitting etc all complete including cost of materials and labour T&P etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
