Complete dismantling of single stage horizontal pump of capacity 10 cusec by way of Disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc.
Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using appropriate means of transport like Tata Mobile upto a lead of 18 Km per trip.
Fabrication, turning and finishing of specified Stainless Steel (AISI-410 or IS 1570) shaft with end preparation (threaded, etc.), keyway as per old sample having finished weight of Approx. 24.6 Kgs.
Providing and fitting of ball bearings of size 3313 (1 No.), and 3213 (1 No.) to both driving end and non-driving end of pump after removing and extraction old damaged bearings from bearing hubs. The job also includes greasing of the bearings complete. Make: ARB/ZKL/NBC.
Fabrication, turning, finishing and fitting of Stainless steel (AISI-410 or IS 1570) shaft sleeve as per old sample, etc. having finished weight of 1.1 Kg.
Manufacturing, providing and fitting of stainless steel (IS 1030) chuck nut/ impeller adjusting nut with proper locking arrangement as per sample available (Approx. 0.5 kg).
Manufacturing, providing and fitting of G.M cooling ring as per old sample (0.25 Kg).
Providing and fitting of palmative packing.
Rethreading of bolt hole/stud hole using appropriate tap drill (12mm size bore)
Providing and fitting of 12mm dia. stainless steel studs of required length.
Providing and fitting of 65mm dia. PN 1.6 non-rising stem C.I double flanged sluice valve conforming to IS-14846 including jointing & testing with cost of jointing material such as bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. all complete (Zoloto/ Sant/Kirlosker or equivalent make).
Complete assembling of single stage horizontal pump of capacity 10 cusec, 12m head after cleaning of all parts thoroughly with petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.
