Supplying, Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for PRE-CONSTRUCTIONAL Anti-Termite Treatment of soil using Termex (Imidacloprid 30.50% SC) solution (2.1ml Termex to one liter water) @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling of 12 mm diameter holes etc., as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 stone aggregate) grade, using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality, 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make in foundation and plinth, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc., including centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1½:3 (1 ordinary portland cement 43grade : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement is of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make (cementious content as 400 kg with cement flyash ratio of 70:30 (70% cement : 30% fly ash, flyash available free of cost at DFA silo area in plant site but transporting by the contractor)) minimum cement content excluding fly ash should be 280 kg/cum, , RCC work upto floor V level including cost of Centering/ Shuttering, compaction, levelling, finishing and curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of grade Fe415D/ 500D of TATA/ JINDAL/ SAIL/ VIZAG or equivalent make for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Brick masonry work with non modular Fly ash bricks with CM 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) using 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make conforming to IS:12894, class designation 7.5 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level including cost of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying half brick masonry with Flyash lime brick masonry of class 7.5 designation in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)using 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make in super structure including curing, provision of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 6mm thick cement plaster of 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine sand) using 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make for ceiling of roof over a concrete wotk to give even smooth finish including cost of scaffolding where ever required and curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster of 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand) 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make ,upto floor V level over a brick work/ concrete wotk to give even smooth finish including cost of scaffolding where ever required and curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 18mm thick water proof cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1 : 5 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer of 6mm thick cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 Fine sand) using 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make and approved water proof compound as per manufactures specification in both the coats and finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement with water proof compound including racking of joints, hacking concrete surfaces, scaffolding, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Liquid water proofing compound of M/s SIKA or equivalent proportion 1.50 Kg/50kg bag of cement)

Supplying and filling in plinth with coarse river sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying first quality Anti skid Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying two or more coats of Distemper with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour of Asian/ Nerolac or approved make and brand over a coat of water thinnable cement primer including scraping, cleaning, preparing wall surface, having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre including all materials, labour, transport, scaffolding as and when required etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying Two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior coating of Apex Ultima of M/s. Asian Paints/ Excel of M/s. Nerolac/ Heatshield of M/s. O.FIXIT/ Weathershield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or equivalent make and to give even shade & finish over the new wall surfaces, applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm), ensuring an interval of 4-6 hours for each successive coats etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of structural steel work in builtup sections of make VIZAG/ SAIL/ TATA/ JINDAL or equivalent make (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes, plates , bolts.) etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick solid non Decorative finish door shutter with frame made of solid WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) profile.750mm x 2100mm (size may vary as per the site condition) of brands like( GREENPLY/ HARDYPLAST / CENTURY PLY) or any other approved make .Fixing with 300mm stainless steel"T" hinges (3 Nos) to frame, including fixing of standard hardwares & fixing of aluminium grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 Aldrop of size 250mm x 16mm - 1No, latch 250mm x 20mm x 6mm - 1 No and door handles of 125mm size - 2 No's, Aliminium Tower bolt of size 200mm x 10mm - 1No etc., complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests with 100 mm uPVC "P" or "S" trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures (Hindware/ Parryware/ Cera or equivalent approved make) complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever requiredall complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinals of Range of two , each of size 580x380x350 mm with fittings, standard size C.P. brass flush pipe, spreaders with unions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting as per IS : 2556, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass, including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing stone slab table rubbed, edges rounded and polished of Granite Stone of approved shade,size 75x50 cm deep and 1.8 cm thick fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth etc complete and as directed by the engineer.

Providing and fixing White Vitreous China Wash basin of size 630mm x 450 mm including a single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap, fixing with C.I. brackets, 32 mm C.P. brass waste coupling of standard pattern, painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Fixing G.I pipes of class : B of approved make with all fittings, tools and tackles, manpower, materials including cutting, threading, jointing with hemp yarn, white lead, Teflon tape, Fixing in walls/ trenches using clamps, pipe supports, hangers, screws and making good the walls, painting with two coats of bit mastic paint to the concealed pipe and synthetic enamel paint for exposed portions etc., including all specials & fixtures required at site etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing uPVC self cleaning Floor Trap/ Nahani Trap of size 100mm inlet and 100mm outlet having not less than 40 mm effective water seal, removing the old trap and fixing the new trap in position and connecting to the existing waste water lines with suitable specials as may be required with cement solvent/ as per manufacturer's recommendation, embedding the trap in cement concrete 1:2:4 to correct level and gradient, providing and fixing 200 x 200 mm size top tile with central strainer & flat cover / flush strainer, closing the side inlets with plugs if required etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of Gully Chambers of size 300 x 300 x 300 with half brick masonry over a bedding of 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 including 15mm thick plastering inside and out side, Providing and fixing new gully trap of size 100 x 100mm including 50mm thick precast cover of size 530 x 530mm with welded mesh 50 x 50 x 3mm etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
