Taking down/ dismantling of defective/rusted storage type hot water Geyser of 50/35/25 Ltr capacity from different locations by disconnecting inlet/outlet connections and taking out unserviceable parts such as gasket of any type, nuts/bolts, clamp by unscrewing bolts and nuts, de-scaling/cleaning inner shell, servicing, gas welding as required etc. Checking defects, re-assembling and re-installing the Geyser in position, connection and testing complete. (Note:- Cost of gas welding, nuts/bolts, clamps, shall be deemed to be included in this item and indicating lamp, thermostate, heating element, bottom plate, flange assemble are measured and paid separately as supply only rates and fixing charges for the same shall deemed to be included in this item.)

S&F for PVC flexible pipes 15mm dia (heavy duty) both end socketed 450mm to 600mm long for hot/cold water as in repair.

S&F for geyser syphon assemble chromimum plated suitable for 50 ltr capacity geyser as in repair.

Taking down ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep by unscrewing nut/bolts from its position and fixing the same to its original place after necessary cleaning, oiling, greasing, replacement of bush, bearing and marking MES number ass as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Bush, bearing are measured and paid separately as supply only rates and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be included in this item.)

S&F for upper/lower canopy of 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan(as per sample colour/white) complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

Taking down/ dismantling complete ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep down rod with its canopies, shackle, condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and re-winding of motor with suitable size of copper enamelled wire, varnishing, heating as per manufactures design and directed and re-assembling complete ceiling fan fixing only old/new spare parts (i.e.) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make of copper winding wire shall be Hindustan/Atlas (Note :- twin twisted copper cable is measured and paid separately as supply only rates and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be included in this item).

Note:- Supply only spares will be measured & paid separately).

S&F for 25x3.15mm Aluminium strip with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground of any type of wall surfaces with necessary fixing arrangment by providing porcelaing base at 60cm inter bal and using cadmium plated fixing screw and insulator par running meter all as required at site complete after dismantling of old unserviceable aluminium strip all as specified and directed. (Note:- 1. Strip will be installed on saddles in such a way that in no case the aluminium strip comes in direct contract with pole. 2. aluminium strip will be fixed epoxy base insulators of suitable size and rates were deemed to be included in quoted prices).

M&Lfor earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level connected to and including 25X4mm thick galvanised iron strip by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR (2009) part-I including 40mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of earth strip and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in pit, Precast RCC earth pit cover 8 cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mmc/c and two handles, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and alternate layers of charcoal, common salt and 20mm bore galvanised medium grade steel tubing for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh and testing on completion complete after dismantling of old unserviceable earthing with all material etc all as specified and directed. M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by and packed with 15 cm thick layer of char coal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 & RCC cover all as specified & shown in elect plate No. 3 of SSR part I of 2010 including testing on completion after dismantling of old unserviceable earthing with material etc. complete all as specified and directed. M&Lfor chemical earthing pit with copper earth plate of size 900mm x 600mm x5mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 4m below normal ground level, connected to & including 32 x 6 mm copper strip by means of nuts, bolts check nuts and washers made of copper and connected to test point including brazing and excavation and earth work in any type of soil, with charcoal 250 Kg, crystal salt 200 Kg, magnesium sulphate of 100 Kg and vegatable soil all around the plate 35 cm depth bottom to top of the plate full width of pin including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber of internal size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm with wall thick ness of 120mm and 700mm x 700mm x 150mm bed concrete, precast PCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel, with wire mesh, 25mm bore medium grade GI pipe, lugs, 80mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc complete after dismantling of old unserviceable earthing with all material etc all as specified and directed. (Note:-Earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5m is included in the rate quoted)

M&L for 40mm dia galvanized steel tubing (light grade) with complete all fittings such as elbow, unions, nipples, tees, bends, short pieces, connections, check-nuts, caps, plugs, diminishing pieces and flanges etc as in pole, lightening protectioncrossing of roads, laid in trenches, fixed on walls for protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm dia galvanized steel tubing (light grade) with complete all fittings such as elbow, unions, nipples, tees, bends, short pieces, connections, check-nuts, caps, plugs, diminishing pieces and flanges etc as in pole, lightening protection, crossing of roads, laid in trenches, fixed on walls for protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete of poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for erath continity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as requuired 4mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire and removing old unserviceable wire complete all as speicified and directed

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
