Fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of sheet steel free standing floor/Tranch mounting type cubical panel Board made out of 14 guage CRCA steel duly painted with Oven dryed Epoxy based Powder Coating Painting shade Siemaens Grey RAL 7032 after pre heat treatment of panel board. degreasing, derusting and phospating all moudues shell have bus bars of electrolytic E 91 grade Annealed copper flat as per IS 5032 and shell be supported on epoxy moulded supports. The Panel board shall be suitable for accommodating the following switch gear items. The base frame of with suitable size of ISMC Channel and the verticle and horizontal supports for top frame of panel board with the required size of angles/flats as per data. All internal wires shall be copper wires as per suitable capacity and as per directions of the Electrical Engineer -in- charge. the internal wires and the other items shell be suitable as rating of the switch gears. The Indication lamp and suitable Metering for reading the operting Voltage and running currents shall be provided in panel board. All hinged doors with inter-locking with ON& OFF operation and with Main Incommers., All openings, Doors and covers shall be with the provision of locking arrangement by pad locks/ L& Key type. The Danger Boards and Caution Board shall be provided in all directions as per standards. The Gland plate shell be of higher guage and removable. All Switch gear items are L&T/ GE / Schneider make as directed by Engineer in-charge. The Panel board shell be grouted on the suitable size of pedstal duly maintianing the reuired foundation of suitable size of pit. and the cc of 1:2:4 The entire work shell be executed as per the directions of Electrical Engineer In-Charge.
