Transportation of suitable truck mounter DTH & ODEX / Percussion Calyx/ RC drilling rigs alongwith necessary accessories etc. to the site of work and erection of rig including levelling etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling of bore as per specifications laid down in IS: 2800-1991 (Part-I) with up-to-date amendments, if any, with percussion Rig of combination thereof, drilling Rig starting with 650-600 mm dia M.S. pipe reduced to 450-400 mm dia M.S. pipe confirming to IS 4270-2001 with up-to-date amendments, if any. In all kinds of soils, boulders, rocks, colllapsible strata, saturated soils, artesian conditions including the cost of all consumables, stores, water fuel, lubricants and other accessories etc. complete in all respects as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling and lowering of M.S. casing pipes confirming to IS 4270-2001 with up-to-date amendments, if any of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 5 Mtrs. to 30 Mtrs. below ground level within all leads and lifts.

Drilling and lowering of M.S. casing pipes confirming to IS 4270-2001 with up-to-date amendments, if any of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 30 Mtrs. to 60 Mtrs. below ground level within all leads and lifts.

Collection, preservation and display of suitable size sample box with top lid and locking arrangement till handlling over of the tube well to the department, complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and lowering of IS marked Electric Resistance welded M.S. pipe 300 mm dia nominal size housing 8 mm thick having out side dia Mtrs. 323.9 mm, screwed end, socketted, comfirming to IS: 4270-2001 with upto date ammendments, if any, about 4 Mtrs. to 7 Mtrs. in length, welded without any circumferential joints, into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks, poles, clamps embedded in foundation etc. including cost of all cuttings, threadings and welding of pipes etc. within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Chage.

Providing and fixing owering of IS marked electric reistance welded (ERW) pipe of 300 mm dia nominal sixe housing 8 mm thick with sloted size of ( Opening 1.0 mm as per IS 8110-2000 with slot size ( 75 X 1.6 mm) with upto date ammendement if any and specification as per AISI complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-Chage.

Providing and fixing MS Centralized guides at suitable spacing for each tubewell as per IS 2800-1964 with upto date ammendments, if any, within all leads,lift 1X 4 Nos complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, lowering and fixing in position IS marked mild steel bail plug of 200 mm/300 mm dia meter with "U" hocks as per IS: 2800-1991 with up-to-date amendments, if any, within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing in position threaded iron cap with locking arrangements of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore hole, as required, within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer incharge.

Supplying and packing of gravel consisting of hard quartz or other suitable material, with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 not containing more than 2 % by weight of thin flat or elangated pieces, shall be of sub rounded to rounded grains with minimum angular features of size 2-2.35 mm, shall be free from impurities such as shafe, shale, mica, felspar, clay, sand, dirt, loam, haematite and organic materials as per IS: 4097-1967 with upto date amendments, if any around intake of tubewell with minimum thickness of shroud around screen generally 100 mm to the entire depth of the bore as per IS: 2800 (Part-I) 1991 with upto date amendments, if any, with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer incharge.

Development of tubewell by back washing method with air compressor of minimum 750CFM capacity pumping pipe of 200 mm size and air line of minimum 65mm size or with other suitable method till the well is throughly developed as per clause 402 of IS 11189: 1985 with upto date amedments if any complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer incharge.

Development of tubewell by continuous over pumping method with VT pumps/ submersible pumps of suitable capacity not less then double the discharge established by the compressor method desing discharge until i the tube welll is sand free as per IS :1189 - 1985 with upto date amedments , if any complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer incharge. the draw down and discharge to be established by runing the VT/ submersible pump countinuously for 8 hours i the presence of officer not less then rank of Assistant Engineer.

Testig for verticality of the tube well as per clause 4.3 of IS 2800 (part -II) 1979 with upto dae amedments if any using plumb or plunger 6mm smaller in dia with in the inside diameter of the well casing. The results of the verticality test shall be recorded on proforma shown in appendix A of IS: 2800 (part-II) 1979 with up to date amedments if any as upended wuth the tander docutments and handed over complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer incharge.

Dismentalling of Rigs or other allied accessories after comlation of job within all leads and lift complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer incharge.

Handing over of the tubewell in complete shape as per appendix B of the clause 7of IS : 2800 (Part-II) 1979 with up to date amedments if any as appended with the tender documents in laminated from in triplicate complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer incharge.
