Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring, strutting, planking, timbering wherever required, stacking the useable or unuseable material/ soil separately & after excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation returning the excavated soil after laying, jointing, testing of pipes in trenches in 15 Cm layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing, testing and carriage of DI pipe spigot and socketed pipe with CML (SBR tyton push on joint) complete in all respect as per IS 8329-2900 Class K7 Dimensions weight and test pressure complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in : foundation and plinth including carriage of material complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Foundation & Plinth including carriage of material complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 m thickness) including attached butteresses, pillaster plinth and string coursess etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level including carriage of materialcomplete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness), partitionss and the like including attached pillasters, buttresseses, plinth and string coursess and the like including carriage of material complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like etc. upto 200 mm thickness including carriage of material complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :

Foundation and Plinth including carriage of material complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever including carriage of material complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including carriage of material complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precast concrete manhole cover (extra heavy duty circular) (560 to 600 mm) M-17010013 (EHD-35) including carriage of material complete in all respect as per the directions and best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 200 mm wide Cast Iron Rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manhole with 200x200x100 mm including carriage of material complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
