Collection / lifting of garbage / wastage from all dustbins of offices as well as colony / road sides and door to door from University residential colony, boys / girls hostels, health centre, banks, post office, shops at shopping centre, cafeteria and Nescafe outlet, canteen near auditorium, Guest house / officers hostel, farmer hostel. PDS shop and road sides to the disposal and also depute one person daily to pick the garbage of all road sides i.e. from Entry gate to Hostels/ offices / colony roads to the solid waste management centre by mechanical means leads approximate 6 Kilo Meter from residences / hostels and others. The garbage should not spread around the solid waste management centre and also to be properly converted into compost by operating composting machine and proper burning of separately collected sanitary napkins from girl’s hostels and other places by already functioning sanitary incinerator in Solid Waste managaement Centre complete in all respects as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The service provider will also be responsible for the payment of statutory liabilities such as EPF, ESI, labour cess, GST if applicable and holidays as per labour law and the same will be deposited/ paid to persons deputed for this job. Only labour escalation will be applicable as per revision of labour wages by the HP Govt. during the contract period except machinery. Garbage from all hostels to be lifted on every Sunday / gazetted holidays except residential colony. The terms and conditions are also appended. * The plastic waste and other hard material i.e. iron pieces, glass ware etc. to be collected separately and disposed to the appropriate agency and cost of effect be deposited with the cashier of this office through proper receipt.
