Pdg. and fixing of 3 dimensional LED backlite outdoor type IP-66 display board in bilingual language (Hindi & English) as per approved color & design, stainless steel i/c back side 4mm thick sun board and in the front laser cut acrylic sheet of 3mm thick of approved quality and color as per letter pattern having 1" collar to fixed inside the SS letter and joints to be filled up with water proof silicon where ever required to make the whole structure water proof and dust proof. Providing inside the letter power LED module of 1.2 watt, 75 lumen per watt, 100 mA power current, 12 volt in two rows along the periphery of each alphabet, shall be fixed in such a way to give uniform bright light to the character letter and other accessories to be fixed of aluminum composite panel (ACP) of 4mm thick exterior grade aluminum foil not less than 0.5 mm of approved brand and fixed on the MS welded structure made out made out of 14 SWG 50mm x 25mm MS pipe section with stiffeners welded vertically and horizontally in regular interval with pipe frame and the pipe frame shall be covered from the back front facia and riveted all the sides i/c wiring the entire board with specially designed power cables for power LED shall be out door grade etc. complete as reqd. i/c dismantled should be retained by the contractor.

Supplying & laying of one number 3 x 6 sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armored power cable of 1.1 KV grade in the existing pipe/surface manner etc as complete reqd.
