Fixing vetrified tiles of 600 x 600mm in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Fixing vetrified tiles in daddo skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Providing, fitting and fixing of 32 mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all fittings and fixtures etc. Complete.

Brick works with fly ash bricks in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in foundation & plinth including splays cutting circular moulding immersing brick under water for 6 hours watering curing with cost carriage royalty etc. complete.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster ( 1:4) over brick work including cement punning and bitumen painting over top of wall watering curing cost carriage royalty of all materials etc.complete.

Finishing walls surface with acrylic putty of approve make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting incuding scafolding cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.

Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing levelling the bed & deposited excaved nmaterials with 50 mt. away all labour T & P etc. complete.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts including cost , carriage royalty etc.

Cement concrete ( 1:3:6 ) with 4cm size h.g. metal in foundation & plinth including hoisting lowering laying in layers 15 cm thick compacting watering curing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Fixing chequered tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodised T section no. 3215 with 2' - 0" center to center, L section no. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium grid 2'- 0" x 2' - 0" with card board suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Painting two coats with any enamel paint old wood or iron works including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & p etc. complete.
