The plates are drilled with 4 No. of holes so that plate of column supports and plates of I beam shall be joined with the help of nuts and bolts and welding as well. Main I beam of sump Gantry: One No. I beam of size ISMB-150 have laid horizontally on the vertical column supports. The two ends of the I beam have provided with MS plate of size 300x300x10mm by way of welding. The plates also drilled with 4 No. of holes as same of plates of vertical supports and joined with each other with the help of nuts and bolts and welding as well. Movement: The sump gantry comprises providing/ hoisting of chain block of 1 Ton capacity with 6 mtr vertical lift on one No. travelling mono rail of I Ton capacity. The make of the chain pulley block and mono rail is Globe/equivalent make with ISI mark. The sump gantry shall be painted with steel primer and two coats of enamel paint of yellow shade for I beam and black shade for vertical supports.
