Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Material and labour for cleaning of existing underground Treated water sump of 20,000 gallon capacity by carrying out the following works all as specified and directed:- (a) Dewatering the sump by employing "Tulu pump and man power". (b) Removing the sludge, Muddy and dissolved iron water from the sump by employing man power and required tool. (c) Scrubbing the algae from walls, corners etc completely by using wire brush & Man power. (d) Washing the walls, bottom and all corners by bleaching powder. NOTE: (i) Bleaching powder will be supplied by the Dept. (ii) Water sump will be cleaned two times in complete contract period with interval of 5- 6 months as per directed

Material and labour for cleaning of existing aeration and sprinkle tower alongwith semi under ground tank by carrying out the following works all as specified and directed:- (a) Dewatering the sump by employing "Tulu pump and man power". (b) Removing the sludge, Muddy and dissolved iron water from the aeration water path and sump by employing man power and required tool. (c) Scrubbing the algae from walls, corners etc completely by using wire brush & Man power. (d) Washing the walls, bottom,floor and all corners by bleaching powder.

Material and labour for cleaning of existing semi underground Clear water sump and sedimentation tank of various capacity by carrying out the following works all as specified and directed:- (a) Dewatering the sump by employing "Tulu pump and man power". (b) Removing the sludge, Muddy and dissolved iron water from the sump by employing man power and required tool. (c) Scrubbing the algae from walls, corners etc completely by using wire brush & Man power. (d) Washing the walls, bottom and all corners by bleaching powder.

Material and labour for cleaning of existing RCC OH Tank of following capacity by carrying out the following works all as specified and directed:- (a) Dewatering the sump by employing "Man power with required T &P". (b) Removing all sludge, Mud , dirt ,slit and dissolved iron water etc throughly from walls,corners and floor /base of OH tank (c) Scrubbing the algae from walls, corners etc completely by using wire brush & Man power. (d) Washing the walls, bottom and all corners by bleaching powder. (e) Writing the date of cleaning and details on wall with synthetic enamel paint in English letter

Material & Labour for lifting of submersible pump & motor assembly of capacity 12.5 HP alongwith flanged column pipe of size 100 mm bore, submersible cable, safety rope etc from the existing bore well by employing chain pulley block, etc., dismantling the column pipe, by opeining of nuts & bolts, pump and motor etc, segregating and stacking serviceable and unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed

Tansportation of unserviceable submersible pump 12.5HP upto repair workshop, dismantling all parts, seggregating serviceable and worn out parts, carry out repair work, re-assembling pump and motor & re-transportation of pump up to site and testing for proper functioning complete in all respect and all as specified and directed NOTE: Major spare parts required for repair shall be paid as supply only under Sch 'A' item No. 9.01 to 9.08 here in after, where as any minor parts those are not included into Sch 'A' and required for smooth functioning of pump are deemed to be included into the quoted rates.

M&L for transportation of unserviceable submersible motor 12.5 HP upto repair workshop, dismantling all parts, segregating serviceable and worn out parts carry out repair work except re-winding of submersible motor (which will be measured and paid under serial item No. 7.01 below if required), re-assembling the submersible pump, transportation of motor up to site, fixing in position and testing for proper functioning complete in all respect and all as specified and directed NOTE : Major spare parts required for repair shall be paid as supply only under sch item No.7.02 to 7.03 here-in-after, where as any minor parts/misc. parts i.e. those which are not catered in to sch 'A' and required for smooth functioning of pump are deemed to be included into quoted rates.

Material & labour for re-winding of submersible motor of capacity 12.5HP using super enamelled insulated copper wire of existing gauge with same number of turns, providing insulated paper into the slots, complete in all respect and all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for lowering of submersible pump & motor assembly of capacity 12.5 HP along with column pipe of size 100mm bore, submersible cable, steel wire rope by employing suitable chain pulley block and Tool & plants complete all as specified and directed at site NOTE: Serviceable flanged column pipes 100mm bore retrieve shall be reused and rusted/unserviceable column pipes shall be replaced by new and same shall be measured and paid under Sch item No.8.01 as supply only.

Supply only coloumn pipe made of galvanized iron pipe, medium grade, 100 mm bore, 3 metre long, both side galvanised 10 mm thick flange duly screwed and welded with GI column pipe and consisting one number ISI marked rubbber packing, four numbers 15 mm dia 100 mm long nuts, bolts and washer complete in all respect and all as specified and directed

M&L for opening of foundation nuts, bolts, coupling and transportation of UNSV centrifugal/booster pump 25 HP Make : Kirlosker, Model DMS 65 upto repair workshop, dismantling all parts, segregating serviceable and worn out parts, carry out repair work, re-assembling the centrifugal/booster pump, re-transportation and re-installation of pump at its original location and testing for proper functioning all as specified and directed. NOTE: Major spare parts required for repair shall be paid as supply only under sch item No 9.01 to 9.13 here in after where as any minor parts those are not included in to Sch 'A' and required for smooth functioning of pump are deemed to be included into quoted rate.
