Taking down the defective electric induction motor 90 HP capacity of Kirloskar make 415 volt, 3 phase by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor from bed, by decoupling with pump, transporting to workshop, dismantling the burnt out winding from rotor/stator and rewinding the rotor or stator with same type super enamelled copper wire of same gauge and with necessary insulating material, varnishing, backing, re-assembling the motor completely transporting back to site and alignment with the pump/compressor with electrical connections including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Burnt out removed winding wire shall be property of contractor and credited through schedule of credit.

M&L for overhauling of centrifugal pump set 90 HP capacity of make Kirloskar, by dismantling completely and replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland, neck ring gland rope shield, unserviceable Nut, bolt, washer etc. and reassembling the pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with pump, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 5 here in before but 75 HP capacity centrifugal pump set.

Supply, laying and testing, galvanised MS pipe, medium grade with all fittings such as Tee, bends, elbows, sockets, reducer, tee union etc of medium grade, ISI marked fixed to walls/floors/ceilings/trenches including groove cutting for concealed plumbing as required at site and making good the damaged surfaces complete all as specified and directed for the following bores:-

Taking up cast iron pipe water main of size 150 mm dia. (Including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of old unserviceable/broken chamber and M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber 1200x900x 600mm size with plain cement concrete in 1:4:8 type D2 foundation and 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brick wall inside and brick chamber built in cement mortar 1:6 including provision of MS Sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron (40x40x6mm) brackets grouted to brick wall duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with lifting handle and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed:-

Carrying out general and routine maintenance 'B' check including replacement of filters such as oil filters, fuel filters, cooling elements and complete with 'O' rings and drain out the engine oil and filling up with the new engine oil including testing up to 100 kVA DG sets complete all as specified and directed by the Engr- in- charge. Note- The quoted rate includes replacement of fuel filter, oil filter, Lub filter, tank Cleaning and checking all electrical connection as per the satisfaction of Engineer- in-charge

Dismantling of fuel injector pump from DG Set, transporting to workshop for calibrating and replacement of worn-out parts like TD piston, service kit including all types of filter and including filling of new engine oil 15W40 required, compressor spring, cam bush, alternator bush, supplier pump,TR pin bush, and packing kit including pressure setting and connecting lathe work complete and refixing the same after proper cleaning of DG Sets of Capacity 100 KVA all as Specified an directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs, voltmeter 3 phase 415V, 50Hz digital type (0 - 500 Volt) with necessary electrical connections to suit existing panel etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of 12.5 HP to 90 HP capacity mono block/ centrifugal pump and motor along with connected pipe line upto 7 Mtrs with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer, including cleaning and degreasing the surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs rubber gasket 500x500mm size 6mm thick suitable for submersible/mono block pump sets & motors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for overhauling of existing star delta starter cleaning of all power contactor terminals replacement if required and renewal of unserviceable perished copper wiring, aluminium/ copper lugs, push buttons and indication lamps etc, including necessary electrical connections and testing the motor with load all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of E/M installation yard (pump houses) by cutting bushes, shrubs/cleaning grass and other wild growth trees of upto satisfaction, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for run lead joint for 150mm dia. cast iron spigot and socket pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 100mm dia. cast iron spigot and socket pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 80mm dia. cast iron spigot and socket pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removal of damaged single out let fire hydrant stand post with control valve of 80/100mm dia. etc., of any size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install fire hydrant stand post single out let type made out of 80/100mm dia. MS pipe, 1.50 mtr long, with 90 degree bend, both ends flanged complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of fire hydrant control valve as serviceable obtained from item No. 57 here in before including renewal of nuts, bolts, washers and gasket with out disturbing the fire man system all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install fire hydrant control valve made out of gunmetal, single headed outlet type, 63mm dia. confirming to IS complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs female adaptor made of brass gun metal, 63mm dia. including all necessary welding/ brazing works without disturbing fireman lines & testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Nylon or rubber washers if any existing in the valves shall be removed before welding/ brazing and the same shall be re-inserted after completion of the job. In case of any damage, the washers shall be replaced with new ones with out any extra cost to the Govt..

M&L for joints with rubber or fibre board gasket of 10mm thick for flanged pipe joints for MS/CI/DI pipes confirming to IS using suitable nuts, bolts, & washers as required at site for 80mm dia. pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 4mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality not exceeding 0.5 sqm each pane fixed with rubber gasket to MS hose box including removing existing broken glass complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair X cell power Pack -PLT battery with built in charging System and having Protective Enclosure Maintenance free , filled and factory charged for Diesel Generator Set having Capacity for 100 KVA to 320 KVA and having starting voltage of 24 V complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make - HBL Cat Part No. DG2XL500 or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply and Fixing in replacement MCCB 3 pole, 400 amps, 415V, 36 KA and connecting with new lugs as directed and required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.
