1 Repair/Servicing and Maintenance of 33TR Packaged Air Conditioning Units in NICU-C at Govt. SMGS Hospital Jammu. Blowers servicing by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing- 3 jobs.Complete servicing of IDU and ODU unit using chemical or water, as per site requirement, through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. for at least two times in the season at periodic interval – 03 jobs. Replacement of 5.5TR compressor by way of dismantling of old/damaged compressor, installing of new compressor (Copeland Emerson, Danfoss or LG make only) as per sample and then leak detection test of the compressors line by way of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages and then vacuumizing of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumizing pump and then charging the compressors with refrigerant R-22 – 2 nos. Recharging of other 5.5 TR compressors with 12kg refrigerant gas – 1 job. Providing and fitting of fan belts as per sample -6 nos. Replacement of worn-out/damaged Controller card by Controller card with remote – 2 nos. Replacement of contactor as per sample- 2 nos. Replacement of worn-out/damaged TPN as per sample – 1 job. Replacement/rewinding of outdoor fan motors- 3 nos. Replacement of old blower motor with the new one as per sample by way of SITC of new blower motor along with reinforcement of the structure of the machine after required modification – 2 nos.Complete job as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification. Moreover, all the electro-mechanical materials used should conform to relevant IS/BIS/CE standards and codes. 1 job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
