Amount

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m for all kinds of soil.

Backfilling after execution of work : Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Transporting and disposing the SURPLUS EARTH AND DEBRIS including shrubs and vegetations from construction area UPTO 5KM including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and heights, stacking, leveling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed. For carting on the basis of truck measurements (volume of truck reduced by 30% for voids).

PLAIN & REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE: Providing and laying PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE for all depths below and upto plinth level in foundations, drains, fillings, non-suspended floors, pavements & ramps or any other works etc. excluding shuttering, but including tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing etc. all as specified in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed all complete for concrete of nominal mix 1:5:10 by mass (1 Cement: 5 Coarse Sand: 10 Crushed Stone Aggregates/Gravels) with 40mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates/ Gravels. [ cement to be supplied by NRL on free issue basis].

RCC Substructures : Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All works upto plinth level.[ cement to be supplied by NRL on free issue basis]

HYD Bars / MS Bars : Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. [ reinforcement steel bars to be supplied by NRL on free issue basis]

Centering and Shuttering : Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS : Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. [Structural steel to be supplied by NRL on free issue basis]

Anchor Bolts : Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

BRICK MASONARY : Brick work with locally available 2nd class bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). [ cement to be supplied by NRL on free issue basis]

DEMOLISHING AND DISMANTLING : Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

DEMOLISHING AND DISMANTLING : : Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

DEMOLISHING AND DISMANTLING : : Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

MISCELLANEOUS : Supplying and providing sand and gravel mixed gunny bags having minimum weight of 50kg for providing surcharge load on foundations supporting barricading structure including materials, packing, sealing, stacking one over another to any height at any location over the area as per drawing/directions of the Engineer-in-charge, complete in all respect. (SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIALS IN CONTRACTORS SCOPE).

Fixing pre-coated galvanized iron profile sheets (pre-coated sheets are to be issued by NRL)The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, including cutting to size and shape wherever required and transportation from the issued location to the construction site/ as directed by the EIC.

Ordinary plain cement plaster Average 20mm thick 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand). Cement supplied by the Contractor at their cost. [ cement to be supplied by NRL on free issue basis].
