Providing and fixing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet frame of width 150 mm & 18 mm thickness made out of extruded 18mm PVC sheet and joined with suitable Cement Solvent adhesive and screw.The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 75mm long M.S. Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. Minimum of 3 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 Nos for horizontal member etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 mm thick solid PVC sheet UPVC Caoted Celuka printed in one of two different colours( with wood grain printed pattern /ivory colour finish) as in kitchen cabinet shutters and cupboard shutter all round body of cabinets , shelves ,drawers etc cut to required size jointed with solvent cement & steel screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Auto hinges, stainless steel, complete assembly all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra over PVC boards for lipping 1-1.5 mm thick 18 mm wide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100mm size bright finished cromium plated mild steel pressed handle of approved shape & design fixed with cadmium coated screws on the kitchen cabint shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 75mm size bright finished cromium plated mild steel pressed handle of approved shape & design fixed with cadmium coated screws on the kitchen cabint drawers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F magnetic catches for cabinets of size 50 mm complete with striking plate & magnetic stud complete all as per approved sample and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F drawer runners folding type with guide channels & sliding channel with appropriate ball bearing/ rollers etc complete to obtain smooth movement of the drawers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stainless steel tray as per trade pattern of various sizes for drawer to keep the kitchen utensil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F 750 X 600 X 200 mm size Stainless steel Plate Racks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut one side table rubbed and polished black granite in kitchen platform, set and jointed including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L sand stone slabs in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings cover stones templates etc n exc 2m in length punched dressed on face and along exposed edges self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4, thickness of slab 5cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L non skid ceramic colour joint free tiles 6 to 7 mm thick of size area exc 0.11Sqm but nexc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 floor surface of plaster shall be finished even & rough to recievr tiling/floor finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed colour joint free ceramic tiles of size 300x450x7mm, laid in vertical surface dado/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured tiles to match the shade of tiles complete (Highlighter pattern) over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over stone masonary surfaces incl finishing the plastered surface fair & rough to receive tiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting into old masonry built in cement mortar to form toothings for bonding in new brick or stone work including making good in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 18 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks 10 cm thick type B1, 1:2:4 set in cement mortar (1:6) in walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra over squared rubble stone walling Jodhpur type regular course for hammer dressing to face of stone with max depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds & joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on stone wall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preperartion of newly plastered surfaces on wall and applying one coat of wall putty with fair finished and even surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made of MS tubes for top & bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain color pvc ‘C’ channel having a pvc sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain color pvc sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted to the MS Frame/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made of MS tubes for top & bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain color pvc ‘C’ channel having a pvc sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain color pvc sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted the MS Frame/sealed to the stiles & rail with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of water tubing, medium grade, galvanized, with all fittings fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for geyser 25 Ltr Vertical storage type ISI Marked , Energy efficient , 5 Star rated , including fixing arrangement by means of drilling hole in wall , grouting rack bolts fastner 100 mm long and PVC connection 15mm dia, 450 mm long with brass alloy crome plated nuts , suitable for hot and cold water application ISI Marked making good to distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed 2.50 Sqmm single core multistrandred copper conductor FRLSH cable passing through in and including suitable size PVC conduit MMS, fixed to walls, ceiling etc, making good the distrurbed surface, incl 2.50 Sqmm single core copper conductor cable PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Two runs of cable 2.50 Sqmm main cable and one run of 2.50 Sqmm earth cable along with conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for metal sheet enclosure with two pin and earth plug & socket & one MCB single pole and neutral 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 20 Amps fix in existing DBs as per location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable (RYBN) 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty concealed conduit with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees junction boxes, etc fixed concealed/recessed in wall or ceiling etc including 1.5 Sq mm, single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable (Green) 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly and including piano sunken galvanized terminal boxes of same make of switch/ socket/ regulator with sleek and curvy cover plates, for mounting of piano switches, sockets, fan regulators complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
