Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in any type of soil, , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation,manhole etc and getting out in any type of soil .Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls internal surfaces in CM 1:4 finished to even & fair without using extra cement.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, benching on chajjas, roof kerbs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching of wires etc, flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 11 to 15 mm dia MS screw bolts (Machine made ) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5 cm long and not exc 10 cm long , complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing of any dia and any mess size as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured).

M & L for preparation of old steel surafces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two caots of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality after removal of old existing treatments with help of thiner or other removing chemical materilas complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on internal walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a one coat of primer using rollers of approved tint and make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good distrurbed ground (posts embedded in natural ground). complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type (barbed wire) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix grade M-25 as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix grade M-25 as in walls, columns, Pillars, Piers, Posts and struts and the like , any thickness, above top of footings including attached pilasteres and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars, 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Form work (rough finished surfaces) to sides of concrete foundations , base of columns, raft and beams, side and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam and similar work , vertical or to batter, work in rough finished flat surface of concrete and similar articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Form work (rough finished surfaces) to sides of pillars, columns, posts, struts and similar articles, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in door or gate , grills, grating etc. with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes: framed guard bars: barred iron doors: ladders: frame balusters: walk ways: railing: frame work of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-410-W Grade-E-250, complete all as specified and directed.
